He did a rotator repair on my left shoulder. Quick recovery. A year later he repaired one of the worst tears he has ever seen on my right rotator that was almost completely torn and took my bicep. He literally had to piece it together. He not only did an amazing job but speaks to you in terms that are understandable and not medical. He is down to earth and the best in his field! I also am pretty heavily tattooed and he worked in-between the lines of my tattoos when he made incisions. With that being said he is also pretty considerate. He is greatly appreciated!

He is the best he up front with you plus he is considerate when he ready to give your injection your frozen your gonna feel a little pressure and pain but I have had horrible experiences with other doctors. The big plus he has kept me out of the operating room.

Dr. Otto is amazing. He is one of the most down to earth docs I’ve ever met. He completed a stabilization surgery on one of my shoulders in 2018, which went splendidly, and will be fixing my other one soon. I am a different patient, as I have Ehlers-Danlos Hypermobility Disorder, which requires specialized treatment. Because of my issues, I have met plenty of doctors, and Dr. Otto is one of my favorites. I can’t say enough good things about his work. Thank you for what you do, Dr. Otto! You’ve made life more bearable. *Update* I am three months out from my left shoulder procedure done by Dr. Otto. Is it too much to say adore both him and his staff? It’s not, and I do. I feel so well taken care of. Again, not every surgeon would be able to correct my shoulders the way he has. I feel so much better, and I’m finally so much stronger and almost totally pain-free after nearly two years of repetitive dislocations. He’s just the best!

Dr. Otto is an expert, hands-down. He is also patient, kind, and down-to-earth. I have hEDS, which requires a doctor highly versed in the condition for appropriate treatment and positive results. With my condition, I have seen plenty of docs and have to be very choosy about who works on me. Dr. Otto is IT. He has properly corrected the instability and subluxation/dislocation issues I have for BOTH shoulders, one in 2018 and the other 3 months ago. I have had more than my share of surgeries to combat my hyper-mobility, joint instability, and degeneration. Dr. Otto has been a life-saver for my shoulders. He is the best.

Dr. Randell Otto did both my shoulder replacements I had little or no pain was back on golf course in four n half months.! His personality is awesome and down to earth. Your a patient not a number . I highly recommend!

He was great. Everything he told me happened. I had a reverse arthroplasty procedure and it is great. My shoulder has healed and feels better than new.
