The doctors are great. But the office staff(aside from one woman while I was there) are very lazy. Which explains why it takes 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone. While I was there, one woman was taking care of patients checking in/out and another was trying to answer phones. Two other women were just sitting around talking about their personal lives and when one woman asked them if they were you going to work, they said no and just continued their conversation. Very unprofessional
If I could give 0/5 I would. The absolute WORST dr. that exists. I have been with her for almost five years, which is ridic on my part. I stayed for her NP Diane Block. For everything regarding my health, Dr. Block has diagnosed me and treated me, which I never had any issues. I had surgery back in august regarding issues she told me “every female gets” four years prior. I have always been treated like a hypochondriac and like I am crazy when trying to advocate for my own care. She spends five minutes with you and doesn’t actually do anything. I mentioned my sinuses and she peaked in my ear for a split second. Not long enough to truly see anything. She is condescending and only cares about money. Do not go to her regardless of the NP being an absolute godsend. Dr. Ludlow should have her license revoked with how terrible and uncaring of a doctor she is. She is a true representation of what you should not do as a healthcare provider. Shameful.
She is overall an incompetent dr. she doesn’t care about her patients and only cares about getting paid. I went for a follow up after surgery because she requires it or I would’ve just seen the NP. She spent less than five minutes with me and most of it was talking about how I don’t need a referral and treating me like I was crazy. She even said in a super condescending tone “well would it put your mind at ease then?” because I have mentioned these issues to her for the past year. I had my first cyst at 19, fast forward to still getting complex ones and I remember her saying “we all get cysts you’re fine”. At my latest visit, I mentioned my sinuses and she took a “look” which was using the tool to look for a split second. I kid you not. Put it my ear and pulled it out without really looking. You cannot do that with ears. I wasn’t offered any preventive care, i.e. a flu shot. I have surgery again and she did not care for my issue at all & quite literally ignored my current issues. Sarah Ludlow is more worried about taking on every single patient she can and making money than she is about truly taking care of her existing patients. 4/5 years down the drain with her as my pcp.
I have seen her 4 times and she probably doesn’t even know my first name. Very cold and and seems like she can’t wait to leave the room. Doesn’t ask questions about how really important meds that I take are working for me. Not sympathetic or caring. I am a RN and during the pandemic and having a new baby I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed. I shared this with her during an appointment and she replied “ we’re all going through stuff”. Then changed the subject. I was like, I guess she doesn’t want discuss that subject. I wouldn’t recommend her to anyone and am currently looking for a new PCP.

Unfortunately my experiences with Dr. Ludlow and this practice has went from good to very bad. Good luck getting an appointment with her... she's booked way out. Have an emergency... go to the ER and never hear a follow up from your primary care. Furthermore, when you're proactive and call them they'll make you feel incredibly insignificant and your health (primary reason you go to the dr) will have to take a back seat. You'll likely see the PA mostly... then when you finally get to your appointment date and see Dr. Ludlow, she will try to make it the speediest visit of your life. Her hope seems like you'll have little to know questions and you'll be on your way. I'm sad to see the deterioration of her attitude and practice... didn't start this way. Better off looking elsewhere for now.

Doesn’t pay attention to anything you tell her. She either is on drugs or has bad ADHD. After Covid my wife was losing some hair and gaining weight. We workout 5 days a week and eat as good as any professional athlete. Dr.Ludlow’s response was “well I only eat 1 salad a day and that’s eat”. Wow. Great job doc. Very unhealthy advice. No wonder she looks like a high school girl that makes herself throw up after eating. She’s a clown and very unprofessional. My wife is 10 times the athlete and in a lot better shape than Ludlow. Her narcissistic attitude is just covering up for her insecurities, lack of knowledge and education. Avoid her at all cost.
Dr Ludlow is disgruntled, extremely rude with a negative attitude that isnt going to help anyone. She is mad there is an influx of patients at her practice due to them being a doctor down. She insulted me several times. She acts this way because she is incapable of treating a complex condition. Everything is black and white to her. She spent 90% of the appointment looking at the computer. Listening to patients describing pain is a waste of her time. Didnt bother to acknowledge my mom who helps me function was even in the room. Because test are "clean", Im not experiencing real pain. I'm on disability at 39. I told her the pain keeps getting worse and Im not able to control it. Her response, the first time she made eye contact,5 mins in, "What are you going to do about your pain?" I had to remind myself if I was at the Dr's office. She also fabricated notes on mychart, calling me "aggressive". I fail to understand how that is considered beneficial over harmful for my future.

She was honest, helpful and has my best interest .
Dr Ludlow is always attentive and willing to listen to my medication suggestions. She is very thorough and open to listening. Every time I visit I’m in and out quickly and never feel rushed. She is one of the best doctors if not the best I’ve ever been a patient of.
Dr. Ludlow is an excellent and very helpful physician. We went over the details of my blood tests in detail, and she spent time explaining the results and actions I should take. I felt very comfortable asking her anything and with the actions I need to take.
Dr. Ludlow has been a real game changer for me. I had some health issues last year and with her excellent care I am doing much better now. She is very understanding and I am so grateful for her. I give her the highest recommendation. Thank you Sarah for all of your care. Rob Carroll
I'm am so glad this doctor is not my actual doctor, and I just have the displeasure of speaking with her over the phone. She put in a complaint about me, because I called the office exchange over the weekend. I was having difficulty breathing, and it was late at night when it started, because I have a history of anxiety attacks I called before wasting a trip to the ER. She would not even let me explain my symptoms. She just cut me off, "go to the ER." She sounded extemely aggravated, which made me feel bad, I legit felt like I was wasting her time. Not how a doctor should make you feel when you are scared and unsure of what to do.

Dr. Ludlow seems to be a great fit for my medical needs.
I’m always aware of my exchanges with healthcare professionals as I am a Patient Experience professional. I would agree with the other reviews regarding the curt communication over the phone on the exchange. However, she did provide me with what I needed.
I have had multiple visits to Dr. Ludlow's office, as has my wife, and she has always provided first rate care. She has been professional, listened to me and spent sufficient time with me to make me comfortable understanding what my care will involve going forward.
