Extremely disappointed in the office and especially Dr Bailey. Went in after going to ENT Now. ENT Now told me I should get a steroid injection in my eardrum. They couldn’t see me immediately but Dr Bailey could.When I was waiting, he walked into the exam room and said, “So what’s up?” I told him what had happened. He looked in my ears and nose and told me, “There’s nothing I can do for you. You’re welcome to get a second opinion but it won’t be any different. What’s going on is permanent.” I was floored. I told him that ENT Now told me they would give me an injection in my ear drum. Dr Bailey said it was much too late for that. It wouldn’t help at all. I was truly upset as I walked out of the exam room. He pointed down the hall and said, “Just go down there and make a right to get out.” Are you kidding????? You just gave me life altering news and couldn’t even bother to walk me out?I did get a second opinion and guess what? It WAS NOT PERMANENT! The next ENT I saw was so much kinder and told me that in time things would go back to normal and worked with me on a plan to get there.Stay away from Dr Bailey. There are much better ENTs out there who will listen to you and appropriately diagnose you.

I've been a patient of Dr. Bailey for 25 years. Each time I return for a checkup and or follow up. From checking it to the wait time, I'm treated first class. In regards to Dr. Bailey, he's great! He "always" takes the time to explain the results of my checkup so I'm able to understand and briefs me on the next step. I consider Dr. Sean Bailey the best that St. Louis has to offer!

Dr. Bailey is super nice, but the staff forgot to schedule my MRI that was supposd to be done immediately. By the time I got it figured out, My MRI would have been done two weeks after my follow-up visit. I called up to re-schedule my follow-up visit and they tell me that they stopped working with my insurance company and that im no longer covered. (all of this took place over the course of 4 weeks.)Had they had done their job correctly, I would have had my MRI and gotten to my follow-up appointment before they stopped working with my insurance company. But, because of their mistakes, i would have had to pay out of pocket.Make sure they work with your insurer and make sure they arent in the process of cancelling their contract with them. Make sure you stay on top of the staff when it comes to scheduling because it took three calls for them to send the order in. It took another 4 calls to make the actual appointment for my MRI.All-in-all, The St. Clares campus is problematic.

This Doctor was a good doctor! Until the last 4 years! He done a surgery on my husband for a parotid tumor in 2016, However over the last years since 2018 he never did any follow-up X-rays or MRI’s and it continued growing where it was noticeable on the outside of it growing, to where it turned into a rare cancer! Grew to over 5 inches up and behind his ear and he has Parkinson’s and had to endure 13 hours of surgery and is now deaf on that ear, face deformed from paralysis of the left side of his face, and an advancement of his Parkinson’s to where he is frail, my husband went from doing things like riding his motorcycle, to doing nothing, not being able to eat normal because he only has half his mouth to open to eat dead on one side, and scared on left side from his surgery and his left shoulder hanging down to where he looks like hump back like egor! This is t finished! But this is for your information do as you well! But make sure you stay on top and demand he does his job!

I've been under Dr. Bailey care for 25 years. Every issue I've been up against, he always takes the time to explain the challenge so I'm able to understand and briefs me on his battle plan. Seven years ago he diagnosed me with cancer, and was with me every step of the way. I'm always treated with respect and care by his staff and not just a "Get them In and Get them Out, patient..... Dr. Bailey saved my life and will forever be grateful and consider him the best of the best!

I've been seeing Dr. Bailey for over 25 years. Over the time I've been under his care, I've never been treated like a "get'em in and get'em out", patient. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and care. Most importantly to you friendly reader. The day he diagnosed me with Cancer was a life-changing experience and Dr. Bailey was in my corner "every step" of the way, to the very day I walked out of the hospital. Without question, I give Dr. Sean Bailey who I consider the Best of the Best a solid 5 Star rating.

I've been under Dr. Sean Bailey care for 25 years and have never been treated like a "get'em in and get'em out" patient. Dr. Bailey and his staff have always treated me with respect and with the utmost care. Most importantly when Dr. Bailey diagnosed me with cancer, he went out of his way to explain the challenge, answer my questions and describe his battle plan. And what gave me the most comfort, Dr. Bailey was in my corner every step of the way making sure I was good to go. On that note, I'm pleased to give Dr. Sean Bailey my 5 Star Rating.

I honestly don't know how others rated this doctor well. My experience was that he was impersonal and condescending. He had no real interest in helping me. Explained concepts way too quickly and will too much technical jargon. It's really disappointing that I now have to pay over $200 for virtually nothing. He spent maybe three minutes with me. And I was a first time patient. Will never go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would! This was one of the worst dr visits I’ve had. Dr. Bailey is arrogant and condescending. It is very apparent he is uninterested in helping anyone. I felt as if I was an annoyance to him just being there. I’m really not sure how he has any good reviews!
