If your not a current MAT patient then they won't take you. The receptionist on the phone said the doctor could get me in but as soon as I said I'm not currently on MAT then she quickly changed her tune. What a joke. For someone that truly needs help they are not the place.

Terrible Doctor, I was having a very hard time walking any distance without severe pain from my hips down both legs. I went to see him on a regular basis and complained at every visit about my problem I also called him in between visits and told his medical assistants that I spoke to that I was still having excruciating pain in my legs that seemed to be getting worse. He would always up my dosage of gabapenten and that was it. He never asked many questions in regards to my pain and never gave me a thorough exam. I finally ended up going to another doctor and thank God I did. The new Dr. found out after much testing and asking me questions that it was due to the lack of blood flow to both legs. 80% blockage in left leg and over 90% in the right. I was a extremely close to being an amputee due to Dr. Patels lack of concern. I ended up having two stents put in my iliac arteries. I’m doing very well now but often think about suing him for my pain and suffering.

Dr. Ash Patel has been my doc for 20 years. He is always compassionate & listens to what I’m saying. He’s helped me through a Lot of medical stuff. I recommend Dr Patel to someone who wants a doctor that really Cares about his patients as if they’re his family!!

Have been with Dr. Patel for many years. I was his patient first and my Dad & Mom both became his patients prior to their passings. He is a great listener to what I tell him is wrong; explains things thoroughly, and listened when I had complaints of his very early staff. I would not even consider having a different doctor unless I had no choice. And by the way - he does have a good office staff now as well.
