Well I have never had a visit. My other doctor moved and I got passed to this guy. I've been calling and calling, apparently it's to much work to write my refill. I guess I don't need my meds right?

Dr.Co is an amazing doctor that actually wants to know what is going on and listens to his patients. Also... Has a great sense of humor. Very easy to speak with. 👍

So far I haven't had a problem with the doctor or staff. They seem knowledgeable and helpful, but I do have to say they run late often and you may have to wait a bit even if you are early or on time for your appointment. The office itself it also tiny, so there isn't much waiting room space. However, both me and my spouse go here and get good results, and I've recommended it to my friend's spouse who now also attends.

Haven't been a patient very long, my meds got lost or stollen while we were out at the river. I called my insurance company bc it was a controlled substance. I called my insurance company to see what I could do and they told me to call them and get another script..Which would be a process but still doable.. So I called and the lady that answered the phone was very rude, refused to help me and then hung up on me. The doctor I was seeing was very pleasant the couple of times I went but not even trying to help someone who obviously severely needs the medicine is so wrong on some many levels...... thanks for everything.

I have been a client of APS for 13 years, since I was 21. They actually care, have true empathy, & genuinely care about your progress. I have never felt underserved or unethically treated over the course of my time there. I've seen at least 5 various PhD's there, due to staff realignment, but have never hd a bad experience with any of them. They support you very well & actually ask about your life with the utmost care. I even drive 40+ miles to get there & it's worth the drive. There are no psychiatric Drs in my area an hour South of STL. They have a great staff, vibe, & every appointment has been pleasant. No complaints here. Give them a chance. They deserve it.

A joke, first appointment good last two 1 to 2 hours late, prescriptions get delayed for days until you go in and the front desk clerk writes your script and tells you not to tell anyone. Save yourself a hassle try a different establishment! Two thumbs down

Very undependable, not good at calling in refills or sending requests for lab work have to go in and bark at them to get anything done!
