Horrible! Not the dr but the lady that answers the phones; extremely rude and refused to answer any questions I had. When I asked her if she could point us towards someone that could help us she hung on me but not before talking over me and only half listened to what I said. No worries lady at the front desk...if this is how you treat people who are trying to become patients there bc they saw nothing but good things online we don t want to give any of our business and I ll be sure to let everyone going forward to be cautious of you. I m still just shocked by how incredibly rude and hateful she was.

my experience was awefull as for as the office people they don't tell you your surgery date dont call you for pre surgery when you call you get che a ed out the most unprofessional manners ever the dr may be great but the services in office suck

Dr Ruble was the most comforting and interested of the three doctors I consulted about my shoulder replacement. His staff are friendly and helpful The lead in page shows a neg for Dr. Ruble claiming he doesn't take Medicare. That isn't true. Dr. Ruble is rated as high as one specialist and higher than another recommended by a surgeon in Perryville who would not attempt my replacement. Heck, go see him and make up your own mind. had 2 hip surgery one for each side. the right hip was done by doctor ruble other by a different doctor. right hip has been a problem and consistently bothers me. on top of that, he's turned a bill that I did not owe to a collection agency which I disputed but paid and now he's turned it over to a different agency also he no longer takes medicare so I would highly not recommend him to anyone

Dr Rubel is a great Doctor in my opinion he went straight to the source of my pain told me how to care for it and give me a shot in my rotator cup which helped greatly if you are having joint problems this is the perfect person to see you get no nonsense straight forward Doctor and that’s rare these days
