I have called 12 times over two months and no one ever calls back to set up an appointment. I am done.

Dr. Verzola was highly recommended to me, HOWEVER I seen the nurse practitioner on Aug. 20th, she was going to call in a RX and have blood work ordered..I've called 4 times inquiring about these and NO RESOONSE NO NOTHING, it is now Sept. 2nd and nothing... I am very dissatisfied with the entire office.

Dr. Verzola doesn't even deserve one star. It took over a month and 3 phone calls to get my lab results. And 21 days to refill my prescription. Then he had the audacity to send me a letter stating that since I missed one appointment without proper notice he wasn't going to be able to see me if it happened again. I called 25 hours BEFORE my appointment to cancel. The staff are awesome however. All the girl's are pleasant and kind.
