Dr. James D. Gould is the top ENT in the world. I just had a Septoplasty with a turbinate reduction and am 3 days post op. I have stents in my nose and already feel like a new person. I’m sleeping better, feeling more calm and cannot wait to share the results with Dr. Gould later this week!!

Dr Gould and his team are absolutely amazing. After years of sinus and ear problems and many doctors they were able to provide so much relief I felt like a new person. I would highly recommend Dr Gould to anyone with sinus issues

The staff was very professional and extremely helpful in letting me know exactly what they will be doing with the procedure. They explained exactly what to expect with my recovery and called to check on me after my procedure and answered all my questions. I recommend Dr. Gould to anyone that suffers from sinusitis. I feel 100% better and can now sleep through the night without snoring and I don’t have the sinus drainage that I suffered through for years. Thank you very much Dr. Gould and the staff at St. Louis Sinus Center.
