Jenks worked on my hands, wanted him to fix my hand again and office told me he didn't work on hands, very weird, he said he recommended another doctor to see why corpal tunnel came back but also said he'd go ahead and do surgery if i wnted him to , today was good by his office he didn't want to do it and didn't work on hands very weird since he worked on in 2019, really liked him don't know what happened

Knee replacement went well. Once I got home, NO RETURN calls for pain meds. The first time, I called 7 days after surgery on a Thursday. No response till Monday. The next time, my PT emailed the Dr on a Monday, no response, so she spoke w/staff the next Thursday, no response, I called staff Thursday afternoon staff said dr would call. NO PAIN MEDS AGAIN. Unacceptable to be in pain ALL WEEKEND.

They gave us the wrong appointment time. Left us sit for over an hour then we had to ask what was going on and they said they couldn’t see us on that day. So we left and when I called, rather than admit they were wrong they wouldn’t see us again for three weeks, which his injury was too severe to wait, and then they got rude and talked over us. Never did admit they were wrong. Didn’t care when he expressed how much pain he was in. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional doctors office.

Called Monday in pain with knee asked for recommendations.. I'm a patient of Dr. Jenks Was told that Dr.was busy .Receptionist said she would sent Dr. message and let me know what he said. NO RESPONSE. Called on Tuesday Dr.busy she said that he responded and I could have cortisone shot or pain medication No appointments until the 18th I'm in pain can't hardly walk please have the Dr send in a pain script. He is in surgery I'll send him a message and let you know. NO RESPONSE.. The Dr.needs some first contact people that are better than the one's he has...Thursday morning still waiting........

I have had several visits with Dr. Jenks as we navigate thru my medical needs. Most importantly HE listens. He is very informative. Explains treatments and procedures very well. Demonstrates he cares about his patients. In office procedures have went excellent. Appointments are on time. His staff is excellent.

Dr. Jenks & staff were all very friendly, however; it was 'business as usual' with them. This is the first time I'd ever broken a bone, so I didn't know ANYTHING. I especially didn't know what to expect after my cast was removed & wasn't provided with any after-care instructions other than they'd set me up with one physical therapy visit.
