Great doctor but unfriendly staff and limited availability. Joined with BJC and everything changed. Ability of doc is great but completely inaccessible in times of illness so it voids his abilities. I have been an established patient but, sadly, will be looking for a new doctor.

Update: Nurse Stephanie went out of her way to make things right! She got my medical data and rocked my world! Dr. Gray, she’s a keeper! Great turn around! Because, Dr Gray is awesome and I didn’t want to find another doctor due to staff up front.Previous post:I’ve been a patient with the Draves for years. The doctors are great, but the staff up front leave a lot to be desired. They’re having me be the middle man for my medical data. And they won’t go out of their way to retrieve my data from urgent care. We’ve faxed them many days, over a week. So now, my last resort is to go to and courier my data to them. It’s not a short feat for me. I think it’s time for a new doctor. It’s sad when the faces up front are unwilling and rude. We patients pay a lot of money for medical treatment.

Dr. Draves has been our family doctor for 30 years. I just can't imagine going to anyone else. Over the years we have seen him for everything from routine check-ups to true emergencies. He has always taken the time to give us his very best care. He listens to concerns and explains why he is recommending any treatment plan. I have always appreciated his knowledge as well as his compassion for his patients. I can highly recommend him, and often do.

The staff are extremely rude. My family and I have gone to Dr. Draves for years and the front desk women has been rude everytime we visit. I have finally switched primary care physicians and couldn't be happier. If it wasn't for the ladies in the front, I would have no problem continuing to see Dr. Draves.
