Dr. Cooper has listened to me and never made me feel ashamed for my anxious nature. I feel like I can voice things to him and he will return with compassion and sound advice. He had helped me sort through may levels of my mental health...and I know I'm a complicated order..haha...I can't say how much I appreciate him. I dropped deep and didn't see him for a year and he made me feel okay and accepted back despite my inner shame. Great doctor. Treats you like a person and no ego there.

Dr. Cooper is by far the best doctor I have had in my whole life. I started seeing him in college for some struggles with depression and anxiety. Dr. Cooper take his time with you at each appointment. As a physician, Dr. Cooper treats you as an individual, And you can tell that he is taking time to think critically about what treatment would be best for you. He also involves his patients in their own care and makes them a part of the decision making process.Each appointment, he takes time to check in and ask questions about how you’re doing, And will take time to talk to you about any current life struggles beyond just issues you have with your medication. These are just a few of the positive experiences I have had with Dr. Cooper.

Staff is uncaring and very rude. Unwilling to give information of their policy but Dr. Cooper is great. Just needs better hired help behind the phone. They don't know what the patient is really going threw .

I am out of my meds and have been calling for almost a week and nobody answers or returns my calls. The last 2 video appointments I have had I have had to wait an hour past my appointment time without anyone showing up. This practice makes me feel like I'm not important to them and I have seen multiple people have the same complaints. I highly recommend people go elsewhere and receive better care.

Dr. Cooper is an amazing doctor. I have been through many psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists but I didn't feel as listened to as I do when I speak with Dr. Cooper. He's a good man and will try his best to help you, even if it isn't speciality.

I have called 3 times and each time i have gotten voicemail and no one answers or calls back. I have been trying to get an appt cause i have to see him before they will refill my prescription. And i have been using them sparingly. I have had a bad anxiety attack and idont know what to do. This is very bad practice !
