Best doctor experience I’ve had in 30 years. Place was packed but nobody waited long. I was in back in ten minutes. He was in five minutes later. Looked at my problems and went right to work. 15 minutes I was out the door. No unnecessary stuff just problem solving. If you can’t deal with these people it’s you. Highly recommend I’ll be telling everyone. This kind of service doesn’t exist anymore. I’m a fan.

I was out the door within 25 minutes Great people. They are there to get things done and help people. No wasted time. Things went fast. Wouldn’t have changed a thing. Service like this doesn’t exist anymore. If you need to get fixed up he’s your guy. If you can’t deal with these people it’s you. He shook my hand at the end. Doesn’t happen these days. No fluff just good work. Yes they are right to the point which I appreciate. First class all the way. Ignore the negative reviews, some people can’t be happy. I’m 1000% better today.

Went to Dr. Yankowitz to see about adjusting my inserts from a previous doctor; in less than 5 minutes (after waiting an hour and watching 2 other patients get called who came in well after I did) he told me I have the wrong inserts and would have to check with insurance to see if the right ones are covered, suggesting it could take week or more. I told him they’d been fine until a few months ago but he assured me I’d need the new inserts. I suggested calling the insurance company myself and was rudely told by his assistant that I’m not allowed. They charged me my copay and told me I’d have to pay again for a fitting later. Not sure why they couldn’t fit me right then, considering I’d already waited 2 weeks for the 1st appointment, but that didn’t seem to be an option. FRAUD.

Anyone have experience with this doctor for diabetic care of the feet?

I have been to Dr Yankowitz office at least 4 times. Professional staff, Dr is attentive to the needs of his patients, shows compassion and empathy in the care he gives. My feet, especially my left foot, was in pain, I wasn’t walking properly and Dr Yankowitz treated me. I had foot surgery from another Dr a few years ago in Poplar Bluff Mo., my foot did not heal correctly. Dr Yankowitz fitted me with orthodox inserts and sent me to a store to measure me with these. I am walking pain free now thanks to this wonderful Doctor and his A1 staff. He also helped me find a hip specialist for my husband who had been suffering 1 1/2 years. We called, told them he sent us, less than a month later, his hip was replaced! Thank you Dr Yankowitz for being a top notch doctor, I am planning on sending anyone with foot problems to you. You are the best!!

We love Dr. Yankowitz! My husband had a MRI of his ankle/foot in August which was very clear what was wrong, he was referred to Washington University Orthopedic in Chesterfield for an appointment, long story short, after two casts and a boot, four appointments and 4 months latter, and the pain / problem still existed, we decided to see Dr. Yankowtiz at the high recommendation from a chief of medicine at a local hospital, and before we left the first appointment my husband's foot / ankle was feeling better and after the second appointment the problem was resolved. Come to find out by requesting medical records from Wash U ortho, and looking at the billing record and speaking with Dr. Yankowitz, it was a no wonder the problem was not getting better and never resolved because they misdiagnosed the problem and were subsequently not treating it properly.

Terrible RUDE Staff. I would not suggest this dr at all. While sitting in waiting room for the first visit we experienced the office staff actually becoming argumentative with a patient. A seemingly innocent elderly person asking questions, all of a sudden becomes a big issue. They spoke down to the patient and while we sat there and watched the interactions with their patients i leaned over and said this doctor Better really impress me or we will never come back. We will we definitively not be returning.

Love the doctor. Office manager one of the rudest people I have talked to. She refused to check with my ins as I did, so she could see they covered 100%. for orthotics. She told me no they didn't. Then told me she couldn't file the claim with medicare so they could deny and my ins would full pay. I offered to pay the $500 and wait for reimbursement and she would not let me do that either. I will go to another doctor for the orthotics. Hope to find a way to let this doctor know why I left.

Horrible. After an hour long wait, I finally saw this doctor, who spent more pushing his politics than doing the job I was paying him for. The exam resulted in being told that his MA would have to check with my insurance, but I asked these questions from his office before I even made my appointment. I was told they would get back to me in a couple of days, but it has been 2weeks with no reply. After 25 years of wearing boots in the Air Force my feet hurt and this guy did nothing. Waste of my time and money.
