Sarah L. Jensen's Online Review Report Card

My PC stated I should have a biopsy done on a mole and Dr. Jensen wants to see me for an observation visit prior to the biopsy to make sure it needs to be biopsied, even though a physician asked me to call and I’m already an established patient at this derm office. The last time I saw her, she spent 2 seconds with me. Not a good experience here and I won’t return.

Found great doctor for aesthetics and skincare check ups… wrinkles and laser skin blemishes (brown spots, cherry dots, etc) if that is your thing PLUS annual check ups or odd skin issues. Regional Dermatology is in rural area, but I drive to visit office from STL because Dr. Jensen understands healthcare, skin, and how to preserve youth. She is very kind thoughtful and knows how to treat patients. Super efficient doctor and helpful staff… scheduling, payment and followed up. Right off the freeway, easy to get access. Highly recommend if you need a dermatolgist for check up or skin care or to do some clean up. So nice to have a great doctor in remote area.

I'm an active duty soldier who just returned from a deployment covered by Tricare. They want me to place a $50 deposit before they will see me and I have a referral from my military medical advocate.

Dr. Jensen is an excellent dermatologist. I was experiencing a severe allergic reaction on my hands that was causing swelling and painful cracks in my skin. I sought assistance from two other dermatologists before seeing Dr. Jensen. Dr. Jensen immediately knew the best course of treatment, and the medication has been very effective at treating my condition. Dr. Jensen's expertise and her very thorough and personable style are very much appreciated! I highly recommend Dr. Jensen.

From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is amazing. The waiting room is clean and calming. The receptionist is friendly and thorough. When I get back to the room, it also has calming music playing which allows me to focus on relaxing rather than the background sounds of a doctors office. Dr. Jensen is super knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to the office a few times and even the very first time Dr. Jensen made me feel like I was an old friend. She takes care to listen to what I am saying and I don't feel rushed through my appointment. Thank you, Dr. Jensen and team!

My brother recommended I see Regional Dermatology after he went. I put it off and finally called the office. I never thought I needed a check, but Dr. Jensen was real helpfull. The staff is kind and easy to schedule. They took my insurance. I paid credit card. Great system. I have a another check in a few months. Health important. Thanks brother and Dr. Jensen. I switched to Regional Derm after my last doc stopped taking in insurance. I am glad I did. I like the office, it has a homey, comfortable feel. I enjoy the staff’s demeanor. And Dr Jensen does more thorough skin checks and treats my ezcema with success. Finally! After years of itch! As for folks who complain about credit card on file here. I don’t know where I don’t have my credit card on file anymore. Netflix, my pharmacy, all bill pays. This office is no different. All in all. Glad my insurance change and I now hope to continue life long patient here.
