Update: They have no sense of time! Absolutely none. NO ONE knows to value your time here. Here we are again, and still no one is respecting out time and the fact you have an appointment at a specific time. Why? Why even make appointments here. Why give us an 8:30am appointment and it’s 10:40am and we’re still waiting to get started. Not everyone coming here is old and retired with nothing to do for days at a time. I knows it’s not intentional, but it’s beyond annoying. Original review: I don’t care how great they may be, the wait time to see the doctor was unreasonable! Take the day off, trust me you'll need the day. My dad's appointment was at 11am, we arrived at 10:40, per their request. My father wasn't seen until almost 1pm. The Nurse, Bernice tried to explain, and she was super nice and apologetic; we were just over waiting and had no patience to exchange niceties after that wait. Dr. Hu was nice, however, his bedside manner could use some work-- but he meant well. The Nurse Supervisor (Myra) was great! I trusted her and felt more confident after she arrived to give us the details and welcome/care/next steps/chemo information.

The staff explained the surgical procedure thoroughly, how long it takes, and made extra effort to explain the post op instructions.

Dr Munfakh is an excellent surgeon. His bedside manner is also great. His entire staff are some of the most caring and understanding people I have ever met. They are truly dedicated to helping patients. I am thankful he was there for me. To him and his staff Thank You
