I am a 65 year old disable black female and went to Dr. Stickel office in St. Peters, MO on 11/10/2021. I was treated like a third class citizen in a very prejudice and rude manner. My appt was for 8:15A and I arrived at 8:00A. There was another lady, not of color waiting as well. Her appt was for 8:45A. The Dr. took her first, then I was taken to another room for testing. After testing and getting my eyes dilated I waited to be seen but he went to another room to assist another patient, so I asked when will I be serviced because I had another appt and one of his assistant told me if I could not wait then I should leave because I would need to wait 20 minutes more. She repeated this statement twice. I decided to leave and I will never return to any office where he works. He also works in Florissant, MO. He never spoke to me or explained anything. I would like a copy of all my records to select another eye doctor. I don't trust anyone of the doctors that works with him in the same ofc.
