I've now been to Total Access Urgent Care at 3 different locations (Hwy 67 in Florissant, MO, South Main Street in O'Fallon, MO and Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, MO)Each time, I've been promptly taken care of and left with the proper treatment and great follow up care instructions. I had to go in for a CT Scan last night (Florissant, MO location) and was shocked that they had my results back from the radiologist in under 30 minutes and they were able to put my mind at ease about the pain I've been experiencing. They also provided several references on Specialists for me to follow up with with regarding the problems I've been having. They had given me an IV Drip, drawn blood, gave me a steroid thru my IV and had a CT scan done with results, I was in and out in exactly 2 hours. They really work as a Team to make sure you're taken care of in a timely manner and that you're comfortable, they also kept me informed while I was waiting and they were all extremely nice at every location.

I had a really good experience at this urgent care and the doctor was amazing and showed he actually cared about my situation. Best urgent care I've been to. The downside is it is really hard to get on their wait list, but getting up early at 6am and getting online makes it a lot better and you are able to wait from home.

I have had yo take my son here 2 times now and both times we have had to wait but that's just the day and time we live in. When we finally got him seen everyone was so helpful, professional and even showed kindness in a time of uncertainty. I was confident in the staff and how they handled our visit and their plan of action. They show they cared and we felt it and that's all that matters at the end of the day. Thanks to all of the staff you were great.

Tried checking in online at 6:00am on the dot and the sighn in kept saying system down at 6:10 it said full to capacity try again tomorrow
