Unprofessional rude doctor. He is lazy and unprofessional and write prescriptions weekly for elder people. He is a fraud and needs his license revoked. My father had surgery and this QUACK doctor sent a certified letter dropping him after 20 years because the doctor my dad was referred to DR HINES RUDE self don't get along with. This is unprofessional and a disgrace to the BLACK Community Please do not patronize this rude MAN with a license who calls himself a doctor

This doctor needs to retire. horrible!!! I had an appointment @3:30 but he had 4 patients in front that were from 1:00

Dr. Hines is a terrible doctor, and I hope he got his license taken away, because he is very unprofessional, and doesnt know what he is doing or what he is talking about.

He misdiagnosed me with ' high blood pressure' to collect monthly co-payments and wouldn't see me again after I got a second opinion.( At least 4 months later.)
