List of Janiece Rachelle Bridges's Reviews
Incredibly rude and judgemental. Zero communication from this office. Avoid at all costs
The whole office is chaotic. When you try and make an appointment the front office staff seem frustrated that you have called. They are often short, don't answer, and say they'll call you back and don't. When you get back for treatment, 98 percent of the time you'll be cared for by mid-levels who don't know what they are doing (they still charge full price though!) They often revolve and only last a year or two. When you do see Dr Bridges she is often short, rushed, and irritated if you do anything or request anything that delays her expected five minutes with you. If you are looking for a new provider, AVOID!
Dr. Rochell has been my general practitioner for years. She is incredibly knowledgeable, has an absolute incredible memory, and does everything with love and compassion. My wife and I feel really blessed to have such an exceptional general practitioner
My mother legally made me POA over her healthcare matters and had signed a HIPAA Privacy Authorization form stating that I was authorized to get information regarding her condition. For whatever reason, Dr. Bridges refused to provide me medical information on my mom, though I had sent both the POA and HIPPAA Authorization form to Dr. Bridges, twice. Dr. Bridges apparently contacted my mother and asked her to come in and sign some papers. Though I don't know what specific papers my mother signed, the effect was that I no longer have access to my mother's medical information. To me, this appeared to be a deliberate and underhanded action on Dr. Bridges' part to keep me from having access to my mother's medical information. If this is the way Dr. Bridges deals with people, I would encourage anyone who is thinking about using Dr. Bridges to reconsider your decision.
I don't live in Missouri and I'm not a patient of Dr. Bridges, but my mother does, and is. She was diagnosed with dementia and I tried to get information from Dr. Bridges via phone and email regarding her condition and treatment. My mother had previously made me POA over her healthcare matters and had signed a HIPAA Privacy Authorization form stating that I was authorized to get information regarding her condition. Though I contacted Dr. Bridges' office several times via phone, and email, and had previously faxed copies of the POA and my mother's signed HIPAA Authorization form, Dr. Bridges refused to provide me information on my mother, stating that she needed a legal document from me which stated I had authorization to receive medical information on my mother. I told her I had previously sent copies of the signed POA and HIPPA Authorization form, but I would fax another copy. After that, Dr.
I never got to see the doctor I was told that he was unavailable because of health problems so I saw a NP instead at this practice. I needed a referral to an Orthopedic doctor for my broken foot so she ordered an X-ray, then they refused to refer me saying that they didn't see anything wrong! Who looked at the scan? I'm supposed to be referred to Orthopedics then someone qualified can look at the scan that's trained to read it. This is complete incompetence and I immediately fired them.
Dr. Bridges is an EXCELLENT provider. She listens and explains things very clearly. She is understanding and truly cares about her patients.
Rating a 2 star would be kind. First-time visit very rushed did not feel relaxed she did not explain things did not ask me if I had any questions bedside manner a big zero. But she might be good in her field of doctoring. Follow up with receptionist was rude and insensitive complained I was arguing with her and all I did was ask her questions she was impatient and I'd fire her if I had her for a receptionist. Do not recommend.
diagnosed tick disease after years of mis diagnosis by others
She was in a hurry. She explained nothing. Her kids ran in and out during the exam. Her staff seemed like I had inconvenienced them. She was distracted and rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
