Leonard Wayne Bridges's Online Review Report Card

I'm giving them a rating in advance. I suffer from social phobia GAD and PTSD as far as mental health goes. I've had numerous MRIs, Diagnosis, and files in hand, but have not been able to find a true doctor like I've heard Dr. Bridges is, to listen to my concerns and properly medicate me without a pain management referral. My lower lumbars are not looking accurate. I have chronic pain where it levels at 8-9 in the morning and goes to a full 10 throughout the day. Aspirin and nsaids never provide relief. I also have records of all my treatments and medications. After hearing a very positive review from a friend of mine I am extremely optimistic to meet Dr Bridges and finally get my life going back on track through proper treatment, and finally established a primary care doctor for me and my family.

I have been a patient of Doctor Bridges medical for over two years and I am extremely satisfied with the services that have been provided. I have found that Mr and Mrs Bridges and their doctors and staff to be respectful and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr Bridges medical to anyone that is looking for primary care or other medical services that they provide.

I see Michelle at the clinic in Forsyth. She is excellent. Always on time and very thorough. She always makes time to listen and makes you feel cared for.

Very pleased with my experiences. Brandi and Stephanie have went out of their way to make sure I get the correct help, they listen and are always willing to find an answer if they don’t know it.

Arrived 10 minutes early and had to take my two kiddos. The staff was very patient with us. Was asked to go back to the room in a timely manner and the doctor Bridges listen to everything I had to say and explained everything in detail. Very satisfied

Staff is very disrespectful as well as the Nurse Practitioner who seems to be very unhappy with her job. She treats patients as if they are being untruthful. I suffer from several issues and my husband as well and we are treated as if we are making things up. DR Bridges is not the problem he seems to care for his patients and their well being. The staff on the other hand need to find new professions because they apparently lack the compassion to work in the medical field. We suffer more then necessary and are looking to find another office where our illnesses are taken seriously.

I was 15 minutes early to my appointment but was put in a room , the lights turned off and the door slammed behind me , then a nurse practioner came in and started yelling at me for being late ! Another few times they wouldn't refill my medicine and I went through withdrawals and was told I was lieing about it , so it took me being called a lier and a month to get them refilled . Needless to say after putting up with being treated horribly for years I finally found another doctor who is much better and I'm treated so much better . Do not go here they are all about money not their patients!!

Front office staff are rude. Nurse practitioner Michelle treated me like my chronic illness which is debilitating was nothing. She came into office and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder. Then i was told id see my actual doctor after my wellness visit for my insurance company so i didnt go over issues i was having with the lady and then front office said no that was my appointment. Confused i said that cant be right...she got loud and rolled her eyes...not caring that i needed to go over a few issues that didnt get resolved at prior appointment. That attitude from front office especially with someone whose life is in shambles from their health issues is only going to truly upset someone thats already depressed about their illness. When its stressful and hard on a person to even go to the doctors office perhaps they should be kind and understanding to that person. Patients shouldnt be treated with so much disrespect. This experience makes it even more difficult to go to the doctors. Unprofessional conduct.
