Waited on paperwork that I desperately needed for more than 3 weeks to be told that I needed to have one of my other doctors do it that they don't do this. Calling 2-3 times a week only to wait 3 weeks to get this answer. Pathetic. Jennifer the receptionist is awesome and when you can get care in there it is great but horrible customer service from nurses and doctors when it comes to anything outside of an office visit. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

MOCH mansfield would not allow me back with my minor child for a dental appointment. Very unhappy about this as my child was in pain. We will not be going back for dental treatment. The dentist kindly stated that it was policy but I know of family members who have been back with their children. Do better MOCH.

I would not recommend Mansfield clinic. If you need an ultrasound I would find any other place even if you have to drive farther. The machine here is useless, not to mention the tech isn’t so bright either. I wish we would have gone elsewhere.

We have had amazing service at the houston clinic. in fact they went incredibly above and beyond to help us fix MY paperwork mistake at the last minute so my daughter could scuba dive at seabase. we will forever be grateful to the staff.

I would give ZERO stars if it were an option.This location just doesn't seem to have any honest or caring health professionals at all.Any problems are quickly swept under the rug and you will be dismissed as a patient.Rude staff does not seem to know exactly what they are doing or care.I would only come here again in an extreme emergency were time was critical.Do not seek any mental health help here at all unless you have a voice recorder in your pocket and an attorney on tap.Does not seem to follow the same policies as the other locations in the same network.If you need help and have time to drive to the West plains location you will get much better quality care by a staff that truly cares about what they do.I do not recommend this location in Gainesville to anyone for any reason and would actually go as far as to call it DANGEROUS.Do not bring your loved ones here if you can take them to another location unless it's a life threatening emergency.
