Lindsay has been nothing short of incredible. She's very attentive and listens when I talk to her. She gives me feedback and supports me. I recently had my second baby and Lindsay has helped me with my post-partum journey. She reminds me that I also have to make sure I take care of myself. I highly recommend Empowered Counseling to anyone looking for a therapist.

I had a wonderful experience over the course of a few months, through a handful of sessions with Lindsay. Among other things, she helped me to take stock of my emotional responses to a difficult situation I was going through, and to both acknowledge as valid/accept where I was mentally at the time, as well as to intentionally form strategies for going forward in a healthy, proactive way. I wasn't even 100% sure what I wanted to get out of our sessions, but overall her compassion and insight proved very helpful to me during a tough time.
