Dr. Harlan is our family doctor for years! He definitely is the true definition of family doctor. I trust him with the all my families health needs! Very positive as well! The staff there are also extremely polite and helpful!

The front desk and customer service staff are horribly rude. They'll interrupt you, and are not helpful with ANY kind of information. I've actually had them roll their eyes at me when I've asked them to explain what they're asking for. The craziest part is I've called and got all kinds of attitude and rudeness but my Childrens father will call and get a different result. Dr Jabara is amazing! He listens and helps and takes care of whatever is needed but he is the one bright spot in this abysmal horror of an office.

I've been a patient at Encompass for over twenty years, first with Dr Koehn and now with Dr Jabara. I have always received great care and highly recommend Encompass!

The receptionists and customer service team are so incredibly rude every single time something needs to be done about this. They are very snooty except for 1 with short red hair who I'm not sure works there anymore. Also beware if you call and it's vusy you will HEAR THE PHONE GET PICKED UP AND THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU RIGHT AWAY- extremely unprofessional. That really takes away from the great service Nurse Madera provides she's so sweet and caring. Also that darn lab worker with the pink hair acts as if you're an inconvenience to her day she is also rude, bossy and just gives off a negative vibe. Serious firings and training need to be done with this place ASAP!

I had an appt 3/1/2022 w/ Dr Raycinia Ellison. I couldnt believe the misunderstandings until I read the clinical summary the doctor gave me! So disappointing! She notated that I had "chest pains"!! NEVER SAID That!! And her nurse from Italy had all of my meds in from of him but " could not record properly" , and did not include all of them!! I actually enjoyed meeting the doctor but Im going to reconsider my continued stay at this practice???

I saw Dr. Zielinski for 2 years.... They obviously booted him out and left his patients to deal with Dr. Jones. I was on narcotics for a legit reason...She told me I got 1 more refill and that was it and would refer me to pain mgt...Waited 3 weeks for them to get the records. When they got the records got there they would not take me. Called the office back 2 weeks ago. They would not give me an appt said the nurse would call. Been 2 weeks NO CALL and ended up having to detox on my own which is super dangerous. They left me NO TIME to find a place to go. I think it was very unethical what they did and I am shocked a decent doctor who took an oath to help people would do this to anyone. I will NEVER step foot in an Encompass group again. That should be against the law what they are doing
