Gladstone Urgent Care is a very professional and well ran organization. The care I received from them was of quality, quick, attentive and caring. They even followed-up with me to make sure I was OK after my visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs care.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Wait wasnt bad at all. Dr. Dixie was able to figure out my issues and got me some meds to help me out. Much better experience (and price) than NKC Hosp ER!!!

Located on the west side of North Oak as the anchor end of a strip mall.They open at 2:00 p.m. on weekdays which is very convenient if you are unable to get into your primary care physician.They were very quick and safety was of utmost importance. Everyone was masked and you will be expected to wear a mask the entire time you are there as well.The door will be locked as only one person is allowed in at a time, but a person will greet you at the door when they see you.If you are a new patient they will take your ID and your insurance and give you information to fill out while also asking your symptoms. At that point you go back to your car to fill out the paperwork and then call them when you were through. They then will meet you at the door and bring you in if there is not a wait.I was a very clean and nice place, the doctor I saw was extremely friendly.They only real issue is that Fox news was playing on the big screen in the lobby, which is a surefire way to raise my blood pressure 😄They took great care of me and I would definitely use them again.

I was seen by Dr Dixie and she was awesome as well as the rest of the staff. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Office was very clean. Was seen quickly.

My family and I have been going to Gladstone urgent care for years and they are always been very good, helpful, friendly they treat you like a human being, not like a number, they really care for their patients I would highly recommend them !!
