We love this bunch of health folks! From the front door till you leave, this is the place to be!! The best of the best of the best!! Dr. K is our doctor and of course I don’t think anyone is as special to us, but then we haven’t needed to see any other doctors either at HMC so I’m betting the others are just as great!! Love y’all!

I'm heartbroken,I just found our Dr Regas retired..he was the best DR. and friend...I followed him all over the city for over 25 years ..I'm going to miss him tremendously...this feels worse than my divorce 😢😭 I'll never find another Dr. that even compares..Love ya Regas best of luck,hopefully ill bump into ya around town..this is truly upsetting. no letters were sent out informing patients of his retirement..would of been nice to say goodbye and thank him for saving my life on more than one occasion ....Wish I could stay at office but I owe money from 6 years ago..don't see how it's so high considering I have ins and always paid copay upfront...still waiting for administrator to call and work something out..I wish they never got the new upgraded building..Encompass seems to be only about money now, and is the reason why its been six years since I've returned, I have an unpaid balance that I can't afford with my fixed income and no prescription coverage......

Good morning! I was refused service on today 4-26-19. Was informed after I arrived at desk that I had a prior bill from 2010 or 2011 and couldn’t be seen until I paid 57. I should been told this information when I called to make appointment not when I’m at the desk needing to be seen about a lump in my breast. Thanks for letting me know how you do business and giving me the opportunity to investigate the bill that has probably already been paid through insurance or bankruptcy. I can now find a physicians office that is concerned for my health. Thanks again, Michelle Donley

I have doctored with Dr. Steven Buie at Encompass Medical Group-Hickman Mills Clinic for many, MANY years and I think he's great! He takes the time to listen to you and doesn't try to shove you out the door to get in the next patient. It takes a while to get an appointment because he is so good though. He gave me recommendations when I asked him for a surgeon and plastic surgeon when I had a mastectomy and I have never regretted taking his advice. I would recommend him any day, he is the best doctor I have had my entire life!

I always have to wait forever to be seen. Thats a big no no for me. I understand urgent stuff comes first but every time? I had an appt at 8.30 today and still am not done. Having to take a half day off work is just stupid!
