I would agree my husband's doctor Dr. Kricsfield is good but the office is horrible. My husband had severe back pain. It took over two weeks to get a fax sent to a specialist. Then the office blamed to new doctor saying they changed the fax number. They did not. Do not bother calling the office no one will answer or call you back. I put in requests to the port and still no response. My husband went in for blood work on a Tues morning which was required for his back surgery on Friday. On Thurs the results had not been sent to the Surgeon's office they had to call specifically. We will be changing doctor's which is unfortunate because like I said Dr. Kricsfield is good but the stress related to the office is not worth it.

Encompass is amazing I agree with everyone on here the front desk employees are kind and greet me every time I come in For appt. Dr. Mallot is amazing and her nurse as well

I love Dr Steve Buie. Wonderful doctor and staff. He’s been my PCP for over 35 years. I know I’m in good hands when I’m in his house.
