Excellent physician. He listened, spent time with me explaining things, did a great job making sure I did not have pain, and was very prompt. I highly recommend this physician.

I was cranky going in as i had to wait a long wait for my appointment after the dentist said i should see the surgeon. Couldnt wrap my head around why it would be many weeks before i saw him. Turns out hes the best in the region and he was great to be treated by. So he is worth the wait. Thanks to you and your great staff.
They are awsome
I got my wisdom teeth taken out here when I was 17. I told the doctor stop and no and he went through with putting me under anyways. After I woke up a very rude nurse started telling me to “stop crying because I was stressing my mom out”. I had no clue what was going on. DO NOT GO HERE
Talked to me about the scheduled procedure and advised AGAINST it. Amazing bedside manner. Office staff are absolute dolls.
I was referred by my dentist to have 2 extractions, 1 tooth had an abscess for close to 8 months. When I called they gave me an appointment 4 months down the road. I explained how the 1 tooth was an emergency. They didn’t care. I called multiple times checking on cancellations. When I went to my appointment, they charged me $665. I was told $600 when I originally made the appointment. I have insurance btw, and that fee to me, was absolutely outrageous. When looking at the bill, they have a $25 PPE charge and a $10 biohazard disposal charge. Like WTH?? I’ve worked in the medical field for many years and have never seen or heard of factious charges like this. The only thing positive I have to say is the 2 assistants were AMAZING and caring. The Dentist was cold, horrible bedside mannered, and never even discussed after care with me, nor said bye. What he did tell me was how I’m making things so much harder, for him. I have terrible anxiety when seeing a dentist. Not to mention, he was pulling 2 teeth with no sedative, just a local. The assistant who I had explained my anxiety to, stood up for me and told the dentist. “This is why she has waited so long”. The one star, is because of her. Other then that, I would give 0 stars.
The nurses were so sweet and very personable. The doctor chipped my tooth next to the one he pulled.
I would give zero if I could. Called on a referral from Dr Mckenzie (who is great by the way.) Got an appointment date of mid July. I told her I'd be paying cash. When asked if I had insurance I told her I had home state health. She said they didn't accept that. I said that was fine I would pay cash. She put me on hold. Got back on the phone and said I couldn't do that. That it was illegal for them (which is a crock of s#$%.) That they also stopped doing home state and I couldn't be seen there. I asked again if they accepted cash paying customers. She said yes just not me. Then circled back and said they would have to file the insurance and I wouldn't be able to be seen until September....when she just said they didn't accept it anymore. Really seemed like she knew squat about her job. Not much to say about an office that refuses cash paying customers anyhow...She continued to raise her voice with me so I hung up and called Mckenzie for a different referral. I did inform Mckenzie receptionist of the way I was treated. I will be filing a complaint to the appropriate resources for discrimination. I have a call recorder on my phone.😁
I went up there today and we got in early and the staff were very nice and they explained the surgery very well I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs ortho surgery done P.s the nurse that took photos of my teeth was very pretty

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
