I've recommended him thru the years n will always do so. He's very top notch with his knowledge. As I'm moving out of state, I'll hate to say goodbye as he's the best orthopedic I've ever had n have always trusted his judgement

Highly recommend Dr. Burton and his staff. Very professional both surgeon and office personnel. My husband recently had a total knee replacement surgery and everything went like clockwork. He is 5 weeks out and doing well.

He does fantastic work! Only consistent problem is being on time for his appointment. I have never been notified that he is running late. Just had to sit every time for 45 minutes or more past my appointment time to be seen. Don't make any plans after you make an appointment here. You never know what time you will be done.

Dr. Burton did an outstanding job replacing my left knee. Its been a few years and the knee is working great. He is a top notch surgeon. He is also a really nice guy. He is easy to approach and ready with information to help you. I think the whole Midwest Orthopedic group has a great reputation. Dr. Burton is my hero. Les Sachs

I don’t even know where to begin.......I have been a “frequent flyer” with Dr Burton for many years. I have two new hips/shoulder and knee repairs.....I tell him every time I leave “Don’t run out of parts” I am a self employed farmer.... need I say more? Dr Burton is a five??????????Dr! He is so compassionate, caring and is an excellent Surgeon! He listens and takes action! Thank you Midwest Orthopedics! A great asset to Hannibal and all the hard working farmers that will always need “parts”??

I have had 3 rotator cuff surgeries with Dr. Burton. Couldn't have had a kinder and patient Dr. that cared of me. By the 3rd one I was really getting scared for some reason before the surgery and he took the time to talk to me and calm me down instead of just pumping me full of drugs. He is a very caring Doctor. I think everyone in our family has went to him.

After having received two hip replacements by Dr. Burton, I find no reason not to trust him with further surgeries. He took adequate time to explain the surgical process and aspects of recovery. I believe it is helpful to have researched the type of surgery one will undergo prior to meeting with any doctor, as it can provide meaningful questions to ask. With knee replacement surgery in my forecast, I trust all will go well once more.
