Linda Cooke's Online Review Report Card

I had made an appointment not too long ago and was greeted with friendly service from over the phone and in person at the front desk. Had to wait a while which is normal. I get it, they’re busy. I got prescribed with a medication and was expecting to have it at the pharmacy since I live 50 minutes away. I get there and they didn’t have anything for me. Okay, I’ll wait till tomorrow morning. So I call my pharmacy when they opened and they still don’t have anything. So I called the doctor and haven’t sent an order out, but told me over the phone that they would call me when they did. I called at 8:30, then called again at 1:30 and got the same answer to never receive a phone call that day. Called back today on Friday and they weren’t opened.. I’m fed up with trying to get ahold of somebody only to get the run around. I won’t be going back or be receiving calls from them. I’ll be going somewhere else.
