He was my pediatrician circa 1994 (age 4) until 2006 (age 16.) Very knowledgeable, knew when I was sick with strep throat to send me to Children's Hospital immediately instead of sending me home with a bottle of weak antibiotics. Many doctors diminish symptoms women give them, especially when they are in pain, but not him. He met my family at a work party where he asked questions about my condition (I wasn't his patient or anything at that time) and showed concern, so they decided to switch to him. Haven't seen him since a 2006 physical but it's good to see he's still practicing and doing well.

Called the exchange for a specific question about changing a prescription for an allergic reaction and specifically asked to speak to the physician on call to have a different prescription called in. When called by the intake operator he refused to speak to me and told the operator that I needed to go through triage nurse at childrens who told me to watch my child and call the office in the a.m. Thank goodness he isn't her normal physician.

Worst customer service! Me and my family have been having some issue with this office for a couple months. When trying to resolve them we got Octavia on the phone she was extremely rude and never could help. Witch is aggravating why have someone answer the phone who can’t help your clients. We were trying to resolve some billing issues but the billing department could never find our files not by my sons bday, my bday, or my wife’s bday. So I left a message for the office manager to call back to try to resolve these issues. She cut me off and while trying to explain to her our billing issues stating there was nothing she could do! I explained I was hoping she could inquire so we could get it resolved because it’s a pain when I have to jump through hoops to pay my bill. She would not even attempt to help. Then started trying to excuses Octavia horrible customers service. I would stay far away from this place! It is not worth the headache I promise. Worst experience with a doctors office!

Dr. John Galgani is very knowledgeable about children, but never fully listens to parents concerns. He also pressures me about getting flu shots and rushes with my children. He told my daughter she practically wasn't sick, when she was. He can also be a bit rude and straight to the point with words. He doesn't strive to reconcile a problem. He prefers to use other tactics to brush his patient parents off and never face the situation as a professional should. I decided to take my children elsewhere.

Doctor galgani is an excellent doctor. He really care about his patients and he will make sure your child is getting the best care he or she needs best doctor ever

Good customer service at the desk, friendly staff, clean office.

I took my son for a second opinion about his delayed growth (his previous endocrinologist was horrible) Dr Galgani was wonderful. He told me things that the previous doctor did not and did a full workup. We found out my son was growth hormone deficient. Dr Galgani includes my son in the conversation and doesn’t just speak to me. He is very prompt in returning phone calls and always answers all my questions. I am so glad I decided to get a second opinion and, as a nurse, I highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Galgani and his medical assistant Sam. My boys feel safe and just love talking to them.. Until it is shot time!! But hands down the best.
