Not “warm and fuzzy” but he knows his stuff. He saved my life.

Left previous review on November 12. But later on that day my aunt Janice tells me that Dr. Faron can be my moms PCP so what is the deal with this office they tell my mom they ain't her PCP anymore when nobody changed it then they say they are. If they can't even get paperwork correct how can they provide my mom with the right medical care.

Don't go to this doctor all he cares about is getting paid for your visit. He doesn't care about your needs as a patient or take time for you. Then gives my mom a referral for a 2nd opinion per my Aunt Janice and then his office says he aint my mom's PCP anymore. Well we didn't change it so there you go the office dont even know what they are doing.

I have been a patient of Dr Faron for more than 5 years. He is the most punctual physician I have ever been to. He is accommodating and responds to my questions on the patient portal so fast I am slightly embarrassed. He is one of the best internists anywhere. You may not have found your best friend but you will find someone who cares, does everything right and gives you the best care anywhere.

Mark Faron is a terrible doctor, let alone his desk reps are no help either pretty much useless reps making money to type on a computer all day. I have been very dis pleased with his services and care for my health since day 1. He is the reason for my benzo issue in the first place. I am not posting this out of anger I’m posting this as I hope it will help others as well. Mark has had me on benzodiazepines since for 4-5 years now. I am a 25 year old male with my whole life ahead of me. I was originally perscribed lorazepam and then HE switched me to alprazolam as I was having complications with the medicine put me in a fog state of mind and other things etc. well long story short he has kept me on this medicine I have been into the hospital because of bad side affects as well as the doctor and his suggestions are either increase my dosage or push me to someone else. Not to mention when it comes to getting my prescriptions refilled when I run out and need them since I get seizures from withdraws him and his office at Florissant oaks is awful they never answer there phones or put you on hold and then hang up on you. I called them telling them about my issue about a month ago and the lady that answered the phone basically laughed at me and referred to em as a junky for over taking my medicine when life has been rough and they won’t help me with my issues. I have went to him for help many times to get off this all he does is try alternative benozos instead of direct me or wein me off the medicine. His care for his patients is very poor as he is the same way with my father as well as my cousin who is a patient of his. After these experience I am switching my doctor to someone who cares about my health truly and doesn’t just write prescriptions to make quotas for his pay. Doctors make sick and it’s doctors like mark Faron who shouldn’t be licensed physicians because they only care about their money not the true health of his patients.

This man is a quack treated my Aunt for over year for an upper Respiratory infection. Two days after seeing him she went to have a colonoscopy and they sent her immediately to the ER. She was diagnosed with Congestive heart failure and they removed 19 liters of fluid from her heart. For the last 3 years he's been telling her h she had neuropathy and has given her 3 medicines that did not work. He foot is swollen and she has all the symptoms of Gout but he refuses to look deeper. He is a quack and she needs help too for continuing to allow him to treat her.

Wouldn’t allow my family to voice concerns or ask questions regarding my quality of life! Seemed very rushed!

I have been with Dr. Faron for quite some time now (15 years?). He is always professional, very thorough, and friendly. I never feel rushed and he is willing to take as much time as needed to address any questions I have--which is important to me. His friendly office staff is a bonus! They are ALWAYs a pleasure. On the occasion I make an office visit due to illness ... Dr. Faron and his team find a way to fit me in to their schedule quickly. Excellent+ experience every time!

Dr. Faron is a remarkable doctor. He is articulate and accurate and very concerned about his patients. Very lucky my wife referred me.

DR. MARK FARON HAS BEEN MY DOCTOR FOR MANY YEARS. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN KIND AND UNDERSTANDING AND A TELL IT LIKE IT IS DOCTOR. I WOULD RECOMEND DR. MARK FARON TO EVERYONE.
