I have been a patient of hers for about 7 years after moving to the area from out of state. Over that time, Dr. Kasalova has gotten to know me and my medical issues well. Her treatment plan and advice are always well balanced and takes into account my concerns and family needs. I appreciate those times when she has had to be very upfront and down to earth with me about the medical choices I need to make. She will tell you the truth and cares deeply about her patients.

After being prescribed adderal for 15 years (since second grade) she wouldn’t prescribe it to me. Why? Because sometimes when I run out and can’t afford insurance/doctor visit. I’ll buy adderal from a friend. She heard that and probably got nervous cuz she doesn’t want to be sued. I don’t sell it. I take it to perform and function in this society. This lady does not understand how privileged she is. Probably has had insurance her whole life. She’s stuck in the ivory tower. When I tried to explain to her why I need it she wouldn’t listen. Sighted my depression. Well yes if your institution has been prescribing me an upper for 15+ years I’ll probably be sad if I don’t have it. She’s a joke NEVER TELL HER the truth she’ll just sight it in her documents. SHES HERE FOR THE CHECK! THE MONEY ! HOW MANY PATIENTS CAN KASALOVA SEE IN A DAY TO PAY THE BILLS.

Dr Kasalova has been my primary care for several years now. Her bedside manner is the best! Very honest and upfront about everything relating my condition. I would highly recommend her!!!! BTW her staff is as great as she is!!!

I have had very negative experiences with Dr. Kasalova. I do not believe she us truly concerned with my health - she only wants to do the bare minimum and does not care about the root of issues. She interrupts when questions are being asked and is just generally rude. I will no longer use her has my primary care physician.
