It's hard to describe the sense of community comtrea has to offer. My doctor made a point to do a zoom the same day I was experiencing symptoms and that's just today. This place really does have an exceptional staff.

The women at the front desk are terribly rude. They have always been rude. I have been coming here for a couple years now and they have always been rude. This company needs to hire better people to greet people when they come in. Even on the phone they are disrespectful.

Incredible rude staff at the front desk, why work with the public if you have a snarky attitude? I saw ashliegh McGrath, got told I might be anemic and then it was hard to even get a call back. Not sending the full stuff insurance needs for things, got an X-ray for the pain management doctor but they actually needed an mri so that was a complete waste. I actually ended up going to my obgyn and got more help there. This was an absolutely joke and honestly so disappointing, I have not felt good in over a year and it’s frustrating to get no help from a doctor and feel like a problem. Do better. Also the lady at the front desk if you read this. Why be rude to people? Absolutely no reason for that.
