Didn’t know what to expect having never had therapy before so was kind of apprehensive. But therapist started slowly and always left it to me if I could do more.

There are many things I was satisfied with at the Athletico clinic in House Springs. My first impression was, “Wow! There’s a location in my small hometown?!” I see they have many locations , which is a great benefit to their clientele. Upon arriving, a thorough Covid screening commenced. Every two weeks a functional assessment was completed; as a former teacher, I appreciated seeing progress over time to have clear & objective data to make decisions on the need for future care or adjustments to my PT. Maria was my therapist, & she was always in tune to my needs, has a great bedside manner, provided me activities & exercises that really helped loosen my scar tissue from surgery on a broken fibula as well as effectively stretching my ligaments, & tendons. I made really good progress. The desk staff was always pleasant, & they were flexible to find me an alternative appointment when something came up & I needed to change it. Each time a piece of equipment was used, they flipped over a card hanging from it to know they need to disinfect it. I saw this method play out repeatedly at each of my visits—very thorough! The clinic is clean with pleasant, athletic decor. Overall, I would rate Athletico in House Springs a 10. Let me say, too, I am rarely this satisfied with a service. I had a fabulous experience at the House Springs Athletico. My therapist Maria was absolutely wonderful, she was kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I felt like she took the time to listen to my concerns pertaining to my therapy and recovery. She worked with me for four weeks and I left feeling very much improved. The facility was close to home and very convenient, it was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend Athletico in House Springs and Maria McDonald for excellent care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience with my physical therapy treatment at Athletico in House Springs! My trainer Serena was so awesome and really pushed me and got me up and going in no time! The staff is all extremely friendly and the facility was always well kept! Would definitely recommend for anyone needing physical therapy!!

Serena was wonderful with our daughter and gave us a very thorough explanation of her condition. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the therapy was very effective. We will definitely return here if the need arises.

The first time I went to the Athletico in House Springs was for dizziness. Serena miraculously with her knowledge and skill healed me with only a few visits. This time I went for dizziness again but Serena again found it was caused by something different and she recommended a different therapy. Fortunately for me she knows what she is doing. And, with some help from Travis, once again she took care of my totally different cause of dizziness. I'm going to tell everyone I know where to go for help. At my age we need all the help we can get!!

My therapist Maria McDonald is great. She did't just tell me to do this exercise she took the time to tell me why. When I asked a question she explained the answer in terms I could understand. Very sweet. You can tell that she loves her job.

Maria McDonald is a fantastic physical therapist. She kept my 6 year old engaged, in good spirits, and helped her get stronger over 4 weeks. Highly recommend!
