Comtrea Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I was at Comtrea Dental clinic today and had my tooth extracted. The staff is amazing and very compassionate. I have been to a few dental clinics and this office stands above all I have visited. When you make an appointment, be patient and treat the staff with utmost respect and you will get great services.

Being a health care provider I am highly disappointed in this office. I called for days to even get someone to answer the phone to schedule. After I finally got scheduled I showed up and they told me I did not have an appointment. Which I called to confirm and wrote down. I took off work (which is extremely challenging because I have a lot of patients daily). Pulled my daughter out of school. My daughter couldn't even eat her tooth hurt so bad. Making this appointment emergent. Any tooth, mouth infections are very important to take care of ASAP. They couldn't get me scheduled for about 2 weeks. I showed up and they told me I didn't have an appointment. They made me wait in the office for over an hour. We're very rude and unprofessional. Considering this was their scheduling error--they were the opposite of apologetic. I was registered on my file for reminders and never received a single one. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism with this office.

Called to make an appointment to have a tooth pulled. Was told bc I hadn't been there before, they're not taking new patients. Only excepting women and children!

They made me feel so comfortable, I will be trying to get in as a patient since they got me in for an emergency immediately. I will recommend this place, thank you!

Very kind and a comfortable waiting room. Funny that it's location was part of the Valley Middle School.

Tried to call multiple times to get an appointment dur to severe pain and all I get told is they have no appointments. Normally a dental office would give you a date of the soonest appointment but not here it's just a basic sorry can't help you.

I could not thank comtrea Dental enough for helping me, I have been suffering with very large amounts of pain not getting any sleep at all , But thanks to comtrea Dental they took me right in with no hesitation what so ever they really took care of me I could not be more happier than I am now with the experience and care that I received, so a big Thanks to everyone working there very nice people couldn't ask for a better Dentist at all these guys really are on top of there jobs keep up the great work comtrea Valle and thank you all so much...also they was quick to give me a script of antibiotics for the infection I had going on I'm very pleased

My daughter chipped her tooth. She had an emergency visit the same day I called, to get it fixed before summer school. It barely took an hour for the paperwork & procedure. I love the wonderful staff at COMTREA.

The staff was fantastic. They were very understanding of my son's nervousness with it being his first visit and they took their time explaining everything they were going to do so that he felt more at ease. I appreciate their kindness. Would recommend to anyone for their children!
