Tracy Marie Riordan's Online Review Report Card

Dr Riordan is by far one of the best Doctor's. Not only does she take great care of her patient's but also her medical staff. The whole office works so well together and everyone is always so happy in the office. I would tell everyone to see Dr Riordan .

If I’m sick through the year and I need a strep test or COVID test, I have to be there before their office closes at 3. I’ve been told I can schedule a video consult, which consists of charging me a copay for a 5 minute run-down of symptoms and then referring me for a strep test or COVID test at a completely different location. Last year, when I requested a referral for counseling, Dr. Riordan gave me a defunct phone number to call and never followed up again with me. After seeking counseling myself, I was diagnosed with a condition and provided with a prescription by a separate doctor through a tele-therapy service. I reported my new medication to her and was told to immediately discontinue the use of this new medication due to my elevated heart. The alternative prescription she offered was 4x the price with no generic option to bring the cost down, and one of the main side effects is an elevated heart rate. I was left feeling confused and bulldozed.

I see and have seen a lot of Drs in my time and Dr Riordan is by far the worst I have encountered. She’s condescending, rude and is very full of herself. She barely did an exam on me on my first visit, acted like she had no interest in my real medical problems and not only ordered unnecessary labs she failed to properly inform consent me for what she had ordered. She has no regard for the patient and only cares about dotting the I’s and crossing the Ts to cover herself. She has become very company oriented and not patient oriented. She’s unprofessional and disrespectful and I would never recommend her. She only sees patient twice a week and does administrative Mercy work the rest of her time. In my opinion she needs to stop seeing patients all together and do administration work full time! Don’t waste your time with Dr Riordan!

Even though her location has moved she still has met all of my expectations. she truly cares about her patients.

Dr. Riordan has moved her part time (only sees patients on Monday & Friday) practice to Imperial, MO which is very inconvenient. It is very difficult to get an appointment or messages returned from her office staff person. I know she has taken on a directorship for Mercy but that seems to take precedence over her patient care.

Love her. Would not go to any other internal medicine MD

Dr. Riordan is my mother's doctor. She takes the time with her, listens to all comments, has patience, and is very kind. We are very blessed!

Dr.Riordan is both me & my husband's doc for 8 yrs now. She is deeply concern about her patience,very easy to talk to and EASY to UNDERSTAND! I like the way she give you choices,then tell you why she recommends what she feel is the best for you. We have had many doc. over the years and she is by far the BEST! favorite

She is for professional and have and gives special attention to her patients. My mother is elderly and trust Dr. Riordan very much.

Dr Tracy is always up to date on new things in the medical field. Her caring and attention go far beyond those of most of today's over scheduled, over worked, over stressed Doctor's.Thank You for caring.
