I’ve only gone to her a handful of times, but every appointment she rushes me, talks AT me and does not listen or EVER ask if I have any other concerns before rushing out the door. She has no compassion for her patients and any advice she has given to me was just referring me to a specialist. I have four friends that go to her and feel the same way. My visits have been a waste of my time and money. I think that’s her number one priority...run pts in and out for that almighty dollar. I will not be going back to her. I need a PC that actually cares.

If I could put 0 I would. She was SO rude. Was running 40 minutes behind and then came in as a new patient and spent less than 5 minutes with me.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. She spends about 2-3 minutes with you if you’re lucky and doesn’t even remember who you are. I feel like I’m an inconvenience to her when I need to be seen. My husband was also going to her and had to have a stress test run due to high blood pressure. When he went back to see her, she told him the same thing she said on his initial appointment, and hadn’t reviewed his test results and acted completely clueless. She didn’t even remember why she had him come back to see her after having a test completed. STOP SEEING SO MANY PATIENTS IF YOU CAN NOT EVEN REMEMBER SCHEDULING A FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT TO A TEST!!!

Maybe she was just having a bad day, but my visit with Dr. Wagner was horrible. She didn't listen, she was argumentative, and disrespectful. I will not be returning and definitely would not recommend her.

Terrible overall experience with encompass medical dr Wagner had terrible bedside manners was very rude not compassionate her patient treatment was not humble she talks down to patients she could care less if you are a patient of encompass or not my mother and I will never be patients again with any encompass medical group encompass medical needs to take a lesson in compassionate care from diagnostic imaging centers the doctors there have superb patient care as well as a great number of diagnostic imaging staff
