Dr Gay Purcell has been the most professional, responsive and thorough doctor in providing personal care for me and my mother. I was always able to get an immediate response to our questions or call for help. The same is true for my medical care. I have been more than satisfied with Dr Purcell’s services after joining MDVIP. The complete health exam and report along with ongoing opportunities to participate in healthy living have exceeded any expectations I had. I would never want to go n back to a practice that was not set up like MDVIP. Thank you for making this change for the best patient service and Dr-patient relationship.

Dr. Purcell is an amazing doctor, humanitarian, and a compassionate human being. Dr.Purcell listens and communicates in plain language. She lives and promotes a healthy lifestyle. I found Dr. Purcell to be an excellent and caring physician long before she switched her practice to MD-VIP. I have found the new practice now to be even more focused on improving my health in every aspect, including from treating medical symptoms as well as focusing on my diet, exercise and overall health lifestyle. They offer same day appointments that are never rushed and each visit is a personal experience that allows me to stay proactive with my health. I am so thankful that I found this physician. She is always volunteering (which is how I got to meet her) for our community. Her love for her family, staff, friends and patients is apparent in the way she practices medicine. She looks out for every single patient with the goal of disease prevention and mitigation. She is wise beyond her years. Her entire staff has the same philosophy that Dr Purcell brings to the office. I am excited to begin a new journey with her that includes preventative care.

I can't even begin to describe how fantastic Dr. Purcell is. Her new wellness plan through MED VIP is amazing. We have been with her for years, but now with this new plan, we can see her same day or next day, we can do tele-health visits, and she even does home visits if needed! We can reach her anytime through a special phone number, and we are truly treated like family. I can't say enough about how amazing she is and how much she truly cares for each of her patients.

Dr. Purcell is an amazing doctor. She is thorough and gets to the root of the problem instead of just prescribing meds to mask symptoms. Dr. Purcell truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to ensure they achieve their health and wellness goals! You will receive the most amazing personalized care at this practice; she will grocery shop with you, go for walks with you, help you get into a healthy routine and so much more... so you can live your best life, you will not be disappointed!!

Dr. Purcell and S. Proctor have been very professional and take a lot of time with their patients. I just had to move as they were going to a private practice and I just don't have that need. I wish them all the very best.

I rate this practice so low because when the doctor changed to go private, our family lost continuity of care and the relationship and trust we had with this practice. We only have Medicare and a an additional insurance plan. Dr Purcell no longer sees patients unless you pay $1800 and enroll in her new “wellness” plan. For those that can’t afford this new plan, we have to find a new doctor. Not only does this hurt the patients who’ve been with her since she opened, but this practice lost at least four other patients we know. Selfishness and greed are prioritized over care, patient welfare and concern.
