Encompass Medical Group - Independence Office's Online Review Report Card

This is like a fast food medical options, is fine and just barely fine if you have cold or flu, but anything more complicated of if you have anything else to be treated for and you should see someone else. They usually treat as a group and as fast as they can, and missed important stuff; nice guys but they missed big diagnostic issues that have cost precious time and irreversible health moments that could have been prevented. You have one life and one chance at health, if you need quick service this is your team, you need health answers you need someone else. They appear to be ok and maybe good but being good, but I have been going there for 10 years, repeatedly asked about stuff that was dismissed and now can't be undon.

I could write a long review about how terrible this doctors office is but ill keep it short and not waste time the medical assistants are lazy and complain when asked to do paperwork the doctor literally told me to find a different doctor because he didn't find my case was up to his standards the receptionists are truly terrible, talking down to all the sweet old people... very unpleasant experience.... they don't deserve your business, they will treat you like meat

I’ve been going here for around 15 years or more! Dr Nguyen is so helpful and answers all questions with compassion! Marge Brandy and Jay are very helpful and friendly as well. Thanks guys!

My mom is too nice to leave a bad review so I will. Yesterday my sick mom went into urgent care because she can’t shake this bug and she doesn’t know what it is. Dr. Simonovsky was rude and very condescending. He mocked her a few times when she described her symptoms and presumed to know more about what she was dealing with than she did. She was SICK and tired and tired of being sick, and I’d expect for a medical professional to at least be neutral in demeanor in dealing with patients even if they aren’t kind and caring. But he was neither, leaving her upset and angry and feeling even worse than when she went in. Disgusting.

Dr. Wagner is terrible. She is dismissive, demeaning & belittling when asked questions. She doesn't seem to care about a patients well being. I had borderline high cholesterol. I asked if I could change up my diet instead of taking a daily medication. She told me "no, people don't really do that." As if I couldn't do that.. I would give her zero stars if I could.

Nothing good to say

My family and I have been going here for 30 years and we will never go there again. I paid $84 for a video conference so I wouldn't have to go around covid people and then I was told I could not get my antibiotics without a covid test, which they do not provide. The front desk told me I did not need a covid test. So what's the point of the video conference if they want me to go get a covid test at another location and then go bring the covid test into their office? if somebody has covid, you think they would want them to stay home. Don't waste your time or money going here, everyone is very rude.

Answer the phone... I don't understand how I can be next in line to talk to an operator for over half an hour! The call was made within operating hours btw Not cool at all.

I researched to find a primary and was referred to dr proukabar for my teen. When i called to make appt i was told he doesnt see anyone under 18. I was so distraught and began to cry. Anna comforted me and was so kind and got me in to a dr who can see my teen. Thank you Anna, i really am challenged when it comes to medicine and drs. You gave me my whole day back today. I owe you.

The doctors and assistants are soooo nice and helpful, but what’s wrong with the front receptionist? They’re rude and have an attitude. Where’s the positivity, the smiles?
