List of Hca Healthcare's Reviews
Ive never been treated so poorly whomever is in traiage tonight should be fired she made me feel so worthless when all I wanted was help and then let me leave said theirs the door. Im literally bawling.
Don the mri technician was wonderful. Very calm understanding of my phobia and anxiety.
They did not listen to me. Did not treat my symptoms. I go to see the Nurse practitioner after I had to suggest taking my labs and they were supposed to give me fluids she asked if I feel better After my fluids I said I never got fluids and no I don’t feel better. Very upset and very bad visit. Zero stars if I could
Love the doctor and staff at this hospital Have never had any problems at all
Just got released today from the cardiac floor. From ER to Imaging to the 7th floor I have always had great care and attention. This is the 4th time in 7 years that I have been there and never a bad experience.Thank you Centerpoint for being awesome
Very nice experience. Went in with covid. Out in 3 days. I am immunosuppression. I had 3 cancers and a liver transplant survivor. I did have all 2 shots and booster. So feel that did help me get through. We all need to be vaxd.
I went into the ER around midnight on 1018. I am an asthmatic and have been for the majority of my life. I recognized the symptoms and decided to go in. The nurses were informed that I was having an asthma attack and needed a breathing treatment but I still spent nearly two hours waiting to be seen. They proceeded to give me the weakest breathing treatment Ive ever received in my life put an IV in me and place me in a secondary waiting room. There was no improvement obviously but the nurse still decided to send me home. She took out the IV before checking my vitals which had NOT improved and then decided I was staying so they could run tests. So I was stabbed with another needle blood work was done xrays etc. All I needed was another breathing treatment. I did not receive one until I specifically asked. I was starting to feel better finally but the specialist took it from me before it was done. I asked to finish it and she said no. I went home with the same symptoms I went in with. All in all aside from the people running tests this was the most irresponsible and uneducated team of nurses I had ever dealt with. My experiences elsewhere prioritize people with breathing emergencies and the nurses are much friendlier. They also trust patients when they say they know whats wrong with their bodies. I definitely will not be returning to this hospital or any other HCA facility.
Avoid if you can. Very poor communication between patient and doctors. Several of the nurses I tried to talk too just dont care and complain about having to complete their reports or have too many patients. Someone on 2nd floor ICU stole a$40 Apple phone charger from me either a nurse or cleaning staff. Believe the reputation youve heard.Update I called the phone number they provided in their response and it calls nothing. An automated voicemail I dont have access to. Typical.
A little slow on details and knowing how all meds work in ER also slow in the room from nurses once I said something response was quicker but overall very kind.
I received wonderful care from the Emergency room too my hospital room. Thank you for caring for me from my Doctors Nurses and Techs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
