Jason Bergman Md's Online Review Report Card

Put me at ease. Answered ALL of my questions.

I have been seeing him ever since Dr Robine retired. He is a very good doctor.

My son has been a patient of Dr. Bergman's for years. He had not been in to see him for a few years because he had not been ill, and then Covid began. My son was in a car wreck and his neck was hurting him so I called to make him an appointment. I was informed since my son had not been in for a few years he was considered a new patient and Dr. Bergman is not accepting new patients. My son is high-functioning autistic and changes are very difficult for him. So I had to make an appt. with a Nurse Practitioner. We had to be there 1/2 hour early and they had moved to a new location. However, the website indicates Dr. Bergman is accepting new patients and allowed us to make an appointment. The office called and left a message indicating that they received our online appt. request for Dr. Bergman and they needed to cancel it. I called them and I was on hold forever, so I hung up. The next day we went to the NP appt. and the GPS took us this crazy way and we pulled into the parking lot a different direction then indicated but there wasn't an address on the building. The GPS kept telling us to pull out of the parking lot pull down the road and make a U turn and turn back and pull into this other parking lot which took us back to the same building. My son was driving his rental car and was very nervous. I just had foot surgery and could not drive. So I called the doctor's office to verify they were in that building before I got out of the car because walking was difficult. We waited on the line going thru the recording for at least 5 minutes. By that time we were only 10 minutes from our appt. time. The receptionist informed us that we needed to reschedule because we didn't have time to fill out New Patient paperwork. I told her I could do the paperwork while he was seen. They already had all of the information because he was a patient there. They refused to see him. It was still not our appt. time. My son liked Dr. Bergman but his staff and the office procedures were ridiculous! Looking for a new doctor under a different carrier.

Dr Bergman and the nursing staff are awesome. The appointment desk, can't get through and I've been waiting 2 business days for a call back....no call.

Really good physicians and nurses

My Grandparents were with Dr. Bergman for years. My Grandma absolutely hated him and switch doctors right before she got cancer and passed away. She was very pleased with her decision because her new doctor was very personable and cared. Now my Grandpa has been diagnosed with cancer and he is having severe pain in his lower back/butt area. The cancer center instructed my Grandpa to call Dr. Bergman for a prescription for his pain. He was dismissed and told that Dr. Bergman is releasing him from his care and he will need to go through the cancer doctor to get his pain medication. Nice way to end a long relationship and it just goes to show his true colors as a doctor. Now my grandpa has to be in pain until the cancer doctors can get things straight to get him on a path to no pain. If I had the opportunity to give zero stars I would have!! I sure hope he doesn't have to face the same reality with any of his relatives and if he did, I am sure he would write them a prescription!

Seemed very attentive to my fathers issues, even when my father wasn't. Would recommend to friends.

Dr. Bergman is awesome he spent quality time with me getting to the root issues and helping me address them in manageable ways I really appreciate his kindness and incredible insight. I would give him 10 stars.

Dr. J. Bergman and his staff are wonderful! They go above and beyond to make sure all your medical care and needs are met full force and head on. I started seeing Dr. Bergman November of 2018 for weight loss, I learned so much about nutrition and how everyday life can affect your health. He helped me get to my goal of gastric surgery in June of 2019, I did my fallow up visits after surgery to make sure the rest of my health stayed on track. I was / am so happy with his knowledge and bedside manner I made him my primary care doctor. He tells you like it is there is no sugar coating bull, but he also listens to your thoughts and fears about your health and works out a plan with you to take care of the problem/matter. His staff is great also they all have awesome bedside manners. I can't say enough about how great this office is, I wish I had found it so much sooner.

He's a good doctor. I rated 3 stars because it takes 24-48 hours to get a perception refilled. My current perception is due on Saturday , I forgot to call on Thursday because of Halloween, my stupidity, so I call at 3:00 on Friday and get some answering service saying the office is closed, even though the hours on the Google outage day they're open until 4:30. Interesting right? So now I can call on Monday and have my prescription refilled 24-48 hours later. Awesome!
