Turn around time for established patients is terrible.. 2 weeks for virtual appointment and 7 weeks for in person appointment.

Dr Bumgarner, her MA and the office are all excellent! Every visit I have had with them they are very friendly, conscientious of my care needs & willing to invest the time identifying what the possible problems could be. I have an ongoing health concern, which can be hard as it requires a long period of trial and error eliminating potential problems. Dr. Bumgarner was upfront about this process with me, but supportive of moving forward no matter what. She has been a wonderful provider!

My wonderful, female physician of many years, Elizabeth Lambird, D.O. relocated to the Springfield, MO area in 2010. Since then, I have been seeking a female primary care physician of the same caliber. After eight years of frustration and disappointment, I found Dr. Jayne Bumgarner. In my very first visit, it was clear that this young woman checked all the boxes--professional, knowledgeable, concerned, trustworthy, and caring. Everything I was seeking and more.
