Saw Dr. Hagan and don’t feel as I actually saw a doctor yet. He was very eager to take my co-pay left without answering any questions and when the nurse asked me if I had any questions I said yes what did I just pay for and when she rudely retarded, you can’t talk to me like that you should’ve asked that to the doctor. When the doctor came back, I asked him the same question. He said that’s how your insurance is set up and walked away.

What a horrible experience I had with Dr. Hagan. Completely dismissive of my questions and concerns and in a hurry to just get it done. There is a lot of doctors to choose from for your cataract surgery. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere and find someone who is professional and courteous and has basic people skills.

I have been going to Dr. Hagan for most of my life and I think he is a wonderful doctor. I will be sad when he retires let’s hope that will not be for a very long time. I went away to college in Columbia, MO but I still drove back to K.C. to see Dr. Hagan for every check-up.
