His office was overpaid for services rendered to my aunt. My aunt paid them, and then her insurance company paid them for the same service. We bought this to the attention of the practice manager, Brenden, and he gave us the run around for two months. Same excuses and blaming it on another department and the same excuses over and over again, and still no reimbursement to my aunt claiming he didn’t know where the funds were applied. Messy.
