Didnt even examine me, nor tell me what x-rays said. Nurse practitioner came in with pile of papers, exercises. I'm 73. Was completely disappointed with this highly rated Dr. Will not be returning. Wrote a prescription I won't be picking up. A total waste of my time, and money. DONT FALL FOR IT. I Was NOT EXAMINED UNLESS RAISING UR ARMS UP AND LOWERING THEM CONSIST OF AN EXAM. I will take my review off when and if I hear personally from the Doctor as why he sat in chair and never laid a finger on me or discussed extras. The response to my review is BULL. After posting my review I received a call the following morning at 9:30am. Saying very nastily " We are very disappointed in your review" from NP. Balls in your court.

One star only because he got me out of pain. During Covid he was an anti-masker. The only time I had Covid was a couple days after an office visit with him. His office does not take vitals, however one visit the assistant was extremely rude about taking weight, she actually kicked the scale at me and told me I was not "allowed" to refuse. I was in so much pain, I just weighed myself. Weight was within normal limits. The office sent me a statement SIX months later and CHARGED me 0.01 cent for a BMI over 30. Declaring me obese when my weight is healthy, hello previous eating disorder. He gave me injections without even taking my blood pressure or pulse. He cannot remember previous conversations(or chooses not to view previous patient notes) and gives different advice at each visit. So extremely disappointed.

Dr. Greiner's office is the definition of a bait and switch operation. They provided clear expectations that the gel injections I was going to receive was covered by insurance and the only cost to me would be the office copay. Based on their communication and expectations I proceeded with the injections. They are now claiming that I owe them $530.55. They confirmed and admitted that they did indeed set the expectation that the only out of pocket expense would be the office copay for each injection. What makes this even more disgusting is I inquired what the cost would be for a friend without insurance and they said it would be $150 per injection. Now, after collecting $150 in copays from me, they insist I still owe $530.55. They are a scam! Run away from Dr. Greiner Orthopedics!!

Dr. Greiner has done rotator cuff surgeries on my wife along with a shoulder replacement. While we thot Dr. G was great, our physical therapist validated that by saying Dr. G’s patients seem to have a better recovery time than others. Dr. G has great disposition, professional, treatments and options have always been helpful, and we’ll continue to use him for our orthopedic needs.

Dr Greiner has done several surgeries for me and all were successful. Nice guy and staff!

Dr. Grenier replaced both knees and I had no problems. It just takes doing what you're told to be successful.

Dr. Greiner is by far the best orthopedic doctor and surgeon in Jackson County. He did an excellent surgical procedure on my left-hand resolving the Dupuytren's contractor problem. I have full use of that hand now. A year later my right arm was in constant pain. So I went to see Dr. Greiner, and after an X-ray and MRI, it was determined I had a torn rotator cuff with bone spurs and arthritis. I had successful rotator cuff surgery. While this is a tough surgery, it was well worth it. I am now back to playing pickleball on a regular basis (by the way, I'm 72 years old). Dr. Greiner encouraged me to get back on the court. I have knees that give me some trouble. After an MRI, it was determined I had some arthritis but not bad enough for knee replacement (so glad). Dr. Greiner gave me a shot of cortisone (didn't even feel the needle go in) and now there is no pain or problems with the knee. He thoroughly explained what was going on with the knee. Greiner is the best!!
