I was in and out of there within 30 minutes for a mammogram! Very quick efficient service, very nice people all around. I was called the very next morning about my results which were normal. I highly recommend Centerpoint Medical Center!

Avoid this hospital if possible. The nurses were nice. A case manager was giggling while I asked serious questions and she kept telling me she was new and could not answer any questions, just giggle. Very unprofessional. The floor managers are incompetent. A family member was transported to another facility overnight and there was no notification to anyone. Don’t risk it. This is not a safe place.Update: I called the director of patient safety long before I posted this and no one ever called me back- same number I was referred to call below. No desire to help.

Scheduled a normal checkup online for a few days out without any issues. When I go in to do it, they tell me my appointment was cancelled. I received no notice through email or phone, though they claim to have called me. They also refused to set up future appointments, telling me to call back later to set something for 6 months down the road. Again, this was for a normal checkup. Find somewhere else to go.

I was met at the door on a very busy early Friday morning by a worker who did the COVID questions, gave me a sticker to show I’ve been approached, told me where to sit and wait for outpatient service to coordinate my care. Outpatient came in 15 minutes, took my insurance info, explained my procedure, and everything went beautifully. I would recommend Centerpoint to anyone struggling with the decision where to go for excellent care.
