List of Christopher Case's Reviews
I have also had an unpleasant experience dealing with Mr. Case. I would call him doctor but that seems to be an undeserving title. I came here to figure out what is wrong with my body, I weight train 6 days a week, consume zero sugar, and do cardio regularly and have stayed the same weight for 3 years. I expressed my concerns and he didn't seem concerned and was so quick to throw pills down my throat(metformin) I'm not a diabetic but took the medication anyways to see if would help. It didn't and I never recieved a follow up call. He only sees you as a number and collects his paycheck. Consider another doctor.
No help, nor follow-up. Unwilling and zero bedside manner.
It is Saturday today July 23rd 2022. I am sick and left a message for Doctor Case on Friday and didn't think i would hear back from his assistant until next week sometime. But to my surprise, i answered the phone this morning [on a Saturday morning no less] and it was Dr. Case himself asking how i was doing and willing to send me a needed prescription into the pharmacy for me. His actions saved me at least 3-5 days of suffering when i am already miserable. I had a fairly short appointment a few weeks ago but at least progress was made and i left with good feelings for this doctor due to his honesty and professionalism. This is a first in the past decade when visiting many different doctors at multiple facilities in multiple different states. I have never left a good review for any doctor in my entire life [until today]. This man, this doctor truly deserves the five star rating i left for him and only for this doctor out of Jeff City over the past ten plus years. I hope others take note of what i am trying to imply here. Thanks again Dr. Case. You have restored at least some level of respect that i had seriously lost at so many other facilities. I can't appreciate you enough! Greg S
Not a thorough professional. Informed via his nurse that he could not help and offered no other suggestions for alternative care after waiting months for an appointment. Do not recommend.
I saw Dr. Case for several years for my hypothyroidism. He was condescending to my concerns of weight gain and other issues and never spent more than 5 minutes with me at my appointments. All he would say was we will do blood work and then a nurse would call and say everything was fine. I changed doctors and the first visit she spent almost an hour with me. After doing bloodwork she explained to me that I had Hashimoto's thyroiditis which is one of the hardest forms to treat but we would work together to find the right medication and doses. This was news to me after going to Dr. Case for years.
I went here to get help handling my thyroid and all I was seen as a number. He didnt care how the meds were making me feel as long as I was in "range" he didnt care. I changed doctors and I have been better ever since
Waited months after referral for appointment. A nurse reviewed labs commenting several things had to be addressed. This doctor ignored the same labs wad not interested in any of my concerns. Reluctantly scheduled 2 tests at my insistance and never followed up. I had to call 2 weeks later for results from nurse who told me the doctor just assumed my family doctor would handle. Also the nurse said I had a diagnosis I do not have. No confidence in this person and would not go back.
Dr case should not be a doctor!!!! he ignored my wife's condition resulting in her suffering a stroke. it has only been a few days and he has yet to reach out to her and sees no reason to see her for 2 more months. Her out of control blood sugar levels caused her stroke! If you love the people around you find a different doctor.
Been seeing Dr. Case since 2009 and he has really helped me with my hyperthyroidism!
I find Dr. Case to be patient, thorough and considerate. The office is efficient and the staff polite. I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
