Very unfriendly almost mean. Exam took five minutes and out the door he sent me . Never going back there .
Always rushes me out the door and promises me I’m fine and tells me to take Advil without even taking any test. He will write you a referral for a specialist if you’re lucky, but that’s all. Not really pleasant vibes from this guy. Seems like he’s a little more worried about himself more than the patient...?
Smart man.. he’s an expert. However, he’s also in a hurry. My nose is still the same as he left it..nothing different. I wasted my tuition money on this person and I don’t think he cared at all. . I suggest to anyone to not mess with this guy. You won’t be a priority to him. Ever.
Horrible... I have has bad ear infections all my life less than a year ago had,my ear drum rupture for the 4th time and 3 times this year already had ear, infections, was referred to him but my primary and am very disappointed my primary put,me on medication for 3 different things to help get rid of the current ear infection over a week ago still on meds Dr Thompson said I dont have ear infections and rushed me out,of the room very unpleasant experiance with an uncaring dr he told me to take 3 tablets of ibuprofen 3 times a day and use a heat compress on my ear. I have never had a dr made me feel so worthless. He didnt even read o er my chart and see the list of medications,I am currently taking
Dr. Thompson seems knowledgeable, but seemed in a hurry to leave the room while I was still wondering why I was experiencing hearing loss and why we couldn’t solve the problem sooner.
I’m a young college student with an ongoing chronic sinusitis, allergies, and nasal polyps. Dr. Thompson always takes the time to go over things and explain them. I’ve had one surgery with him. His staff are always helpful and nice.
This guy is/was incredible back when I was 12? So 12 years ago he helped the pain of ear infections and strep throat go away for good. I hope he is doing well and would recommend him to anyone dealing with ear or throat pain
Update: Dr. Thompson saw our daughter the day of her ear infection on her next occurrence. He discussed options for treating her going forward and assured that if he is in the office, he would see her the same day we call. OriginaI Review (1 star): Dr. Thompson made it clear in a prior visit that he wanted to see our daughter for any future ear infections instead of her seeing her regular pediatrician. She has an ear infection and his office offers an appointment 10 days out, even after explaining the circumstances to the front office staff. Obviously we will be going to see another doctor before then. A nurse from his office is suppose to return my call. We will see!
Absolutely the worst doctor my husband has ever been to. And then the charged my insurance for a surgery that was not a surgery at all but a look up the nose! This office is awful!
Spent 2.5 hours waiting for a 5 minute appt. No apologies. No new information.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
