If you can get past the HORRIBLE response time of the nursing staff, you will love it here. I called first thing on Friday morning for a sick visit, with no call back.. called again TWICE more and the last receptionist said she would send an urgent request. I did not get a call back until MONDAY! What a joke! Save your time and go to urgent care!

Dr. Andrade is a wonderful doctor! She sees both of my daughters, ages 4 & 12. She listened to them and worked well with both of them. She was so kind and patient! My 12 yr old said she was the nicest doctor she had ever met. She explained everything to them so they could understand. I would give her ten stars if I could!

My first visit to Dr. Andrade' was yesterday and I'm so impressed by how attentive she was during our visit. She really listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. I have thyroid issues and been having trouble with multiple symptoms. She ordered a blood test to be taken at the lab located in the same office so it was done right away. I got my results back this morning and the Dr included a note on what our next step is. Her office was easy to find and was very clean. Her staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was spacious. Wheelchair assessable with a drive through drop off spot.

I've been a patient of Dr. Andrade for quite sometime now and words or reviews can't express the level of caring personal and professional care and compassion she provides. I've seen hundreds of Physicians in my lifetime and none of them can even begin to come close to Dr. Andrade. Front office staff competent. Wait time-extremely long, even for a physicians office. Referral for primary concern, not made until I called back (12 days later). Referral for secondary concern not made either. No one contacted me, even though I was told that was the process, which is why I made the call back to their office. These were not low priority referrals. Patient in distress. (Gastroenterology, Cardiac) Disappointing.

I had a appointment with Dr. Andrade today and for the first time in my life I actually felt like someone cared about my health. I would trust this Doctor for all my health care needs and the staff was very caring. I highly recommend Mercy Clinic Health Primary Care located at South Jackson.
