Anna Wojcicka-Mitchell, Md's Online Review Report Card

I was excited to See Dr. Mitchell as she has great reviews. This was not my experience at all. I didn’t get back to a room till an hour past my appointment time. The nurse was pleasant but had to spend the majority of time inputting my answers from the pre registration form you fill out. The doctor was not interested in listening to history or actual symptoms. I have already been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, I was there for med help and to rule out MS as well. She looks at a few videos my PCP asked me to record and then basically said she wants to look at my back and neck and do a DatScan. I felt unseen, unheard, and confused leaving her office. My husband was with me and he said “I’m glad you didn’t cancel your original appointment in Spfd, we need a second opinion . I was not impressed. She did not have good beside manner and gave you no opportunity to talk about anything you have written down.” I agree. I expected more from what I have read from other reviewers and based on her peer reviews. Appointment was at 10:30 and we left a few minutes after noon. She was in room approximately 12-15 minutes.

personal experience Dr. Mitchell showed me politeness and was very explanatory on my condition. She ask for questions and did not rush me out the door. I felt very comfortable in knowing that she seemed to know much about what I need to do and how I need to do it. I would recommend her to any one that needs to go to a neurologist.

Highly Recommend! I battled chronic headaches for nearly 2 years and went to numerous doctors with no relief. She listened to my symptoms prescribed medicine that has changed my quality of life! Can’t thank her enough. She is a gem, and I’m forever grateful for her.

My partner and I had so many obstacles in getting answers as to why she was falling and continued to decline. We finally got into see Dr. Wojcicka-Mitchell. She gave us the answers. She has ALS. It was devastating but Dr. Mitchell's office has always been here for us and has been exceptionally kind to us. Thank you.

Not much concern for her patients. We won't be going back and we cannot recommend her. It's like talking to a rock. She doesn't know how to carry a conversation. It's all one sided, a very selfish entitled individual.

In 2017, Dr. Anna Wojcicka-Mitchell took over my case from a departing neurologist. I had been diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis by another neurologist several years prior and passed on to another neurologist when she left and continued on the medication prescribed. When Dr. Mitchell saw me, she said that she did not think I had it because I had not experienced an exacerbation for the entire time I was supposed to have had MG (approximately 10 years). She referred me to Mayo Clinic for a more specific test to diagnose MG and it was found that I indeed DID NOT have MG. I trust Dr. Mitchell 100%. A couple of weeks ago, I had and CT Angiogram for another brain issue and it was found that I have a brain aneurysm. She referred me to a neurosurgeon in Springfield, MO. Dr. Mitchell is not hesitant to refer me to another doctor when the situation warrants it and I appreciate that so much. She is totally professional and compassionate.

Dr. Wojcicka-Mitchell has been fantastic! At my first appointment, she had studied information about my original 2009 "brain attack", viral encephalitis, to current. I have had problems with occasional brain crushes since then. She suggested a minimal prescription and did small upgrades to were it has stopped the crushes from happening. She has been fantastic from the beginning. I truly appreciate her!

I am grateful for Dr. Mitchell. She has helped me in many areas and helped me to have a better quality of life. I appreciate her kindness and willingness to listen and help me find answers.

I was referred to Dr. Mitchell through a series of other doctors leading up to an emergency room visit, where it was discovered I have a rare neurological disorder. From there, I have been in her care and I've been in great hands. Dr. Mitchell and her staff have taken wonderful care of me. Very thorough, careful to find medications that work for me at doses I can handle, but she also is stern enough to stress the importance that I take it and take care of myself. I absolutely would recommend!

Dr. Mitchell is always very kind, caring, and thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
