Dr Gibson staff goes above and beyond. I have a very rare medical condition and he is sharp. Normally I have to advocate and make sure I don’t get prescribed wrong meds. I feel like he listens to me. I’ve been a patient for a few years now. I would highly recommend him. His staff is very professional they call back in a timely manor and answer any questions I have.

Dr. Gibson has been my primary care physician for going on 10 years and has been nothing but great. Today I spoke with his nurse (Jennifer) she was quite the opposite. She lacked basic customer service skills which any employee taking customer calls should have a basic understanding of. When I informed her of my situation she arrogantly told me I should have planned ahead.

I've been dissatisfied with the staff mostly , but I find the doctor himself doesnt take the time to explain things to you . I'm switching doctors soon as I can do some research on who would be any better . Looking for alittle compassion, is it possible today ???
